Abstract

본 발명은 플립부재와 본체하우징을 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치에 관한 것으로 본체하우징은 플립부재삽입부와 마이크소자장착부와 힌지축지지부와 탄성체장착홈을 가지며 플립부재에는 자체를 본체하우징을 플립부재삽입부에 조립하기 위한 힌지축결합부를 가지며 힌지축결합부에는 힌지축을 끼워조립하기 위한 힌지축삽입장공을 가지며 본체하우징의 힌지축안내홈과 플립부재의 힌지축삽입장공에 조립되어 플립부재를 본체에 대하여 미리정한 각도로 회동되게 조립하기 위한 힌지축은 탄성체와 접촉되어 탄성체의 탄력을 직접받는 탄성체접촉단부와 힌지축 자체를 플립부재이 힌지축삽입장공에 끼워조립하기 위한 플립부재결합 단부를 가지며 힌지축의 탄성체접촉단부에 밀착되어 힌지축에 탄력을 가하기 위한 탄성체는 힌지축접촉부와 탄성체 고정부를구비함에 따라 휴대용 무선전화기에 있어서 부품수를 절감한 효과가 있다.

휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 무선전화기 힌지장치의 플립부재가 본체에서 일정각도로 개방된 상태를 보인 사시도이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 무선전화기 힌지장치의 힌지부위를 절개하여 보인 평면도이다.
제3도는 제2도에 보인 휴대용 무선전화기 힌지장치 유닛의 분리 사시도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 휴대용 무선전화기의 본체하우징의 하단부에 플립부재를 미리정한 각도로 회동되게 조립하기 위한 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치에 있어서 상기 본체하우징의 하단부에는 상기 플립부재를 삽입하기 위한 플립부재삽입부와, 마이크소자를 장착하기 위한 마이크소장착부와, 탄성체를 고정하기 위한 탄성체장착홈을 가지며, 상기 플립부재삽입부의 양측변면에는 힌지축을 조립하기 위한 힌지축지지부를 가지며 상기 플립부재에는 상기 본체하우징의 플립부재삽입부에 조립하기 위한 힌지축결합부를 가지며, 상기 힌지축결합부에는 힌지축을끼워조립하기 위한 힌지축삽입장공을 가지며, 상기 본체하우징의 힌지축안내홈과 상기 플립부재의 힌지축삽입장공에 조립되어 플립부재를 상기 본체에 대하여 미리정한 각도로 회동시키기 위한 힌지축은 탄성체와 접촉되어 탄성체의 탄력을 직접받는 탄성체접촉단부와, 힌지측 자체를 상기 플립부재의 힌지축삽입장공에 끼워조립하기 위한 플립부재결합단부를 가지며 상기 힌지축의 탄성체접촉단부에밀착되어 상기 힌지축에 탄력을 가하기 위한 탄성체는 상시 힌지축의 탄성체접촉단부에 접촉되는 힌지축접촉부와 탄성체자체를 상기 본체하우징의 탄성체장착홈에 고정하기 위한 탄성체고정부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 본체하우징의 탄성체장착홈에는 상기 탄성체를 끼워조립하여 고정하기 위한 탄성체 지지리브와 탄성체지지홈을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 상기 탄성체는 상기 탄성체지지홈에 끼워조립하되 상기 탄성체의 힌지축접촉부가 상기 본체하우징의 바닥면에 대하여 나란하게 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  4. 상기 탄성체는 상기 탄성체는 상기 탄성체지지홈에 끼워조립하되 상기 탄성체의 힌지축접촉부가 상기 본체하우징의 바닥면에 대하여 수직으로 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서 상기탄성체지지홈은 상기 탄성체 장착홈은 바닥면에 니은(ㄴ)자로 일정크기로 신정되게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 상기 힌지축은 탄성체접촉단부는 원통의 면에 두면을 평면으로 형성하며 일면에 대한 다른면이 미리 정한 각도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서 상기 각도는 대략 135도임을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 상기 플립부재결합단부는 원통의 면에 서로 평행한 평면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 상기 탄성체의 일측은 탄성체를 상기 본체하우징의 탄성체고정부에 조립하기 위한 탄성체고정부를 니은(ㄴ)자로 절곡되게 가지며 상기 탄성체의 타측은 상기 힌지축의 탄성체접촉단부에 밀착되어 힌지축에 탄성체의 탄력을 가하기 위한 힌지축접촉부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 무선전화기의 힌지장치.
