본 고안은 고휘도램프어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
종래의 무대조명등의 용도로서 사용되는 고휘도램프어셈블리는 제조사에서 일체로 제조되어 판매되는 것으로서 그 고강도의 빛에서 유발되는 고온으로 인하여 경납땜된 단자와 램프 및 반사경이 일체로서 제조되고 있다.
이러한 고휘도램프는 통상적으로 가정에서 사용되는 것이 아니고 특수한 용도로서 사용되기 때문에 장착하는 조명기구가 특수한 형태이어서 상기와 같은 어셈블리로서 제조되어 사용된다. 그러나 이러한 고휘도램프어셈블리에 있어서는 고광도의 램프를 사용하기 때문에 램프의 교체가 수시로 이루어져야 하나 이러한 어셈블리체는 각 단자기구와 반사경을 일체로 구성되어 있기 때문에 가격이 대단히 고가의 비용발생이라는 문제점이 있었다.
이러한 종래의 고휘도램프어셈블리(1)가 제1도에 도시된다.
반사경(6)에 단자기구(2)가 연결되고 이 단자기구(2)의 단자(3)에 램프(4)의 리이드선(5)을 경납땜하여 구성되는 것이다.
이상과 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 고안에서는 접속형의 단자를 채택하여 고휘도의 램프를 교체하여 사용하게 함으로써 전체적인 고휘도램프어셈블리의 교체에 따른 고가의 문제를 해결하고자 한다.
이하의 부수된 도면과 함께 본 고안의 고휘도램프어셈블리(10)를 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
제2도는 본 고안의 고휘도램프어셈블리를 도시하는 분해사시도이다. 도면에서 나사등의 취부수단으로서 반사경(16)에 취부되는 단자판(11)은 통상적인 절연소재, 즉 베이클라이트판이나 애자등의 소재로서 제조되어 접속개구(14)를 가지고 이 접속개구(14)를 통하여 한쌍의 단자(13)를 가지며, 이 단자는 개략 L자형상을 구비하여 내측으로 절곡된 부분은 U형상의 끼움부(13')를 가짐으로서 램프(4)의 리이드선(4')이 끼움될 수 있는 구조이다.
단자(13)는 나사(12')등의 수단으로서 나사공(12)에 끼움되어 고정되거나 절곡편등의 구성으로서 강제 끼움될 수 있다. 고휘도램프는 통상 전반사와 일정한 방향으로 직진 반사하는 여러가지의 램프가 사용될 수 있다.
이상과 같은 구성의 본 고안의 고휘도램프어셈블리는 자주 파손되는 고휘도램프를 수시로 교체함에 있어서 램프만을 교체하면 되고 램프의 교체 또한 탈락만에 의하여 이루어지기 때문에 교체작업이 용이한 장점을 가진다.

  1. 고휘도램프어셈블리에 있어서,
    접속개구(14)를 가지는 단자판(11)에 "L" 자형상을 구비하고 내측으로 절곡된 "U" 형상의 끼움부(13')를 구비하는 한쌍의 단자(13)를 가짐으로서 램프(4)의 리이드선(4')이 끼움될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고휘도램프어셈블리.
