Description

전구 교환이 간편한 전등장치

본 고안은 전구교환이 간편한 전동장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 조명장치의 뒤뚜껑을 본체로부터 해체하여 전구를 간편하게 교환할 수 있도록 된 전동장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 차량용 헤드라이트나 각종장비에 장착된 내부 전등장치의 소형전구를 교환하기 위해서는 보호유리판(또는 렌즈)이 끼워진 반사판을 열어 전구를 교환하거나, 전동장치 뒷면에서 전구홀더에 부착되어 있는 전기단자를 분리시키고 전구홀더를 반사경에서 빼내어 전구를 교환하여야만 했다.
그러나 이와같은 종래 전등의 전구교환 구조에서는 여러가지 폐단이 있었다. 상기한 첫번째 경우에는 분해조립 작업이 번거롭고 취급에 어려움이 있었으며, 두번째 경우에는 전등장치 후면에서 작업을 하므로 전기단자 또는 전선을 상하지 않도록 하기 위해서 매우 세심한 주위를 필요로 하였고, 작업에 숙련성을 요구하였으며 또한 접점부위가 외부로 노출되어 있어 안정상이나 작동의 신뢰성 면에서 문제가 있었다.
본 고안의 목적은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 전등장치의 뒤뚜껑을 본체로부터 나사풀음으로 해체한 후 뒤뚜껑에 파지되어 있던 전구를 간단히 교환할 수 있는 전구교환 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
이하 도면에 실시된 한 바람직한 실시예를 통하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명한다.
제 1 도에는 본 고안이 분해된 상태의 사시도가 도시되어 있고 제2도에는 조립된 상태의 단면도가 도시되어 있는바, 본 고안의 본체(1)은 앞쪽에 보호유리 또는 렌즈(3)가 끼워진 반사판(2)을 구비하여 상기 반사판(2)의 후단에는 전기끼움통공(5')을 가지는 절연링(5)이 끼워지고 외주연에는 숫나사가 나있는 원통부(4)가 상기반사판과 일체로 형성된다. 상기 절연링(5)에도 전원과 결선되어 있는 전기단자(6)(7)가 매입되어 뒤쪽으로 돌출되어 있다. 한편 본 고안의 뒤뚜껑인 뚜껑체(11)에는 절곡된 단자용 스프링편(14)을 사이에 재재시킨 내외측 절연링(13)(12)이 끼워져 있고 내측 절연링(13)내경에는 전기 도체로 되며 플렌지(17)를 가진 원통체(16)가 끼워지고 그 플렌지는 상기 반사판 절연링(5)에 돌출된 한 단자와 면접하도록 되어 있다. 또한 뚜껑체(11)의 앞쪽 내경에는 상기 반사판의 원통부(4)의 숫나사와 나사결합이 될 수 있는 암나사가 형성된다.
상기 실시예에서는 반사판(2)이 별도로 형성된 자동차 헤드라이트와 같은 전등장치를 전제로 했으나 기계장치나 기타장치에 장착되어 장비 본체와 반사판이 일체로 형성된 전등장치에 본 고안이 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
미설명부호 8은 연결전선, 20은 전구, 21은 전구의 플렌지이다.
이하 본 고안의 작용을 살펴본다.
제 2 도에 도시된 바와같은 상태에서 사용하던 전구를 뽑아내고 다른 전구로 교체하고자 할 때는 뚜껑체(11)를 본체(1)로 부터 해체하고 내측 절연링(13)에 끼여있던 전구를 뽑아낸다.
다음 새 전구를 내측 절연링(13)으로 밀어넣으면 원통체(16)에 안내되어 안으로삽입되고 뚜껑체(11)를 본체(1)에 결합하면 전구 플렌지(21)에 의해 전구가 유동하지 않고 고정된다.
이와 같이 본 고안에 의하면 뚜껑체만을 본체서 해체하여 간단히 전구를 교환할 수 있고 안정성이나 작동의 신뢰성도 매우 높은 특징이 있다.

  1. 렌즈(3), 반사판(2), 원통부(4)에 끼워지고 전기단자(6)(7)를 매입한 절연링(5)를 구비한 본체(1)와 단자용 스프링편(14), 전기 접점용 플렌지(17)를 구비한 원통체(16)을 절연링(12)(13)으로서 고정하여서 된 뚜껑체(11)로 이루어지는 전구교환이 간편한 전등장치.
