본 고안은 종이포대(이하 지대, 紙袋)에 사용되는 용지에 관한 것으로, 특히, 크라프트지와 폴리에틸렌(PE, HDPE)을 압출 라미네이트 처리한 지대용 합지에 관한 것이다.
(종래 기술의 문제점)
종래에는 제3도와 같이 지대의 재질로 크라프트지(3)가 주된 재질로 통용되었으나, 지대로 제작되어 유통될 경우 강도가 떨어져 난대(터지는 현상)가 빈번하고, 접힌 자리가 부풀어 오르는 복원력을 갖게 되어 자동 포장시에 많은 문제점이 발생되었다. 때문에 보다 저렴한 재질로서 재료의 수급 및 가격면에서 경제적이고, 강도가 개선될 수 있는 재질의 용지가 필요로 되어 왔다.
본 고안자들은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름이 포장지의 강도를 높이고, 압출 라미네이트 가공적성역시 높이는 효과가 있으며, 제대(製袋)작업시 접힌 자리가 부풀어 오르는 복원력을 최소화 할 수 있는 재질로서 종이인 크라프트지와 합지시킬 경우 상기와 같은 결점을 해소할 수 있음을 알았다.
본 고안은 종이와의 합지 가공면에서나, 자동포장시에 문제가 없고, 재료의 수급이 원활하며, 가격도 저렴한 폴리에틸렌을 주재로한 지대용 합지를 제공하는데에 그 목적이 있다.
구체적으로는 지대 유통시 난대의 발생이 개선돼고, 포장지의 강도가 높아지며, 압출라미네이트 가공적성이 뛰어나며, 제대 작업시 접힌 자리가 부풀어오르는 복원력이 최소화 되는 지대용 합지를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
(목적달성을 위한 기술수단 및 효과)
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 기술적 구조는 적어도 3개이상의 층을 가진 지대용 합지로서 이 합지의 양측표면을 형성하는 두개의 층은 크라프트지로 이루어지고, 그 중심은 폴리에틸렌만으로 되거나, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 중심에 두고, 그 표리양면에 폴리에틸렌을 형성하여서 된 라미네이트층으로 이루어진것으로 자동포장시에 문제가 없고, 합지를 제조하기 위한 폴리에틸렌 필름의 수급이 원활하며, 지대로 제작되어 유통될 경우에도 종래와 같이 난대가 빈번하고, 접힌 자리가 부풀어 오르는 복원력의 문제점이 현저하게 개선되며, 저렴한 재질로서 재료의 수급및 가격면에서 경제적이고, 압출 라미네이트 가공적성이 좋은 효과가 있다.
(고안의 구체적 실시예)
이하, 첨부도면에 의한 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부도면 제1도는 본 고안 실시예의 단면도로서, 적어도 3개이상의 층을 가진 지대용 합지로 이루어지되 이 합지의 양측표면을 형성하는 두개의 층은 크라프트지(3)로 이루어지고, 그 중심은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(1)을 중심에 두고 폴리에틸렌(2)이 표리양면에 형성된 단면구조로 되며, 제2도에서 도시된 바와 같이 상기 합지의 양측 표면을 형성하는 두개의 층은 크라프트지(3)로 이루어지고, 그 중심은 폴리에틸렌(2)으로 형성하여 실시할수도 있다.
상기 실시예에서 보여준 2가지 라미네이트층중에서 폴리에틸렌만의 것은 보다 약한 재질의 지대에 사용되며, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 라미네이트층의 것은 본 고안이 추구하는 가장 이상적인 지대용 합지를 얻을 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 고안의 구성에 있어 라미네이트층은 폴리에틸렌, 혹은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 여려가지 다른 재질과의 혼합구조로도 실시가능하며 이 혼합구조들은 본 고안의 기술수단이 의도하는 기술적 범위에 포함된다.
본 고안에 의하여 달성되는 지대용 합지는 여러목적의 포대나 지대에서 두드러진 강도를 발휘하여, 호첨지대(봉접지대가 아닌 접착제를 이용한 지대를 지칭)로도 적당하다.

  1. 3개 이상의 층을 가진 포대용 합지로서 상기 합지의 양측표면을 형성하는 두개의 층은 크라프트지(3)로 이루어지고, 그 중심은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE)(1)의 중심에 두고 폴리에틸렌(PE)(2)이 표리양면에 형성된 라미네이트층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 지대용 합지.
