Abstract

본 발명은 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법에 관한 것으로서, 접착제가 필름의 용융점 이상의 온도에서 필름의 캐비티내에 충전되고, 필름의 캐비티가 액체 또는 기체의 히트싱크과 직접 접촉되도록 한 필름의 캐비티내에 용융된 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법에 있어서, 최소한 일부가 수용성인 히트시일가능한 필름이 상기 필름으로서 사용되어 이루어진다.

Claims (13)

  1. 접착제가 필름의 용융점 이상의 온도에서 필름의 캐비티내에 충전되고, 플라스틱필름의 캐비티가 액체 또는 기체의 히트싱크와 직접 접촉되도록 한 필름의 캐비티내에 용융된 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법에 있어서, 최소한 일부가 수용성인 히트시일가능한 필름이 상기 필름으로서 사용되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 수용성 부분은 폴리비닐 알콜, 변성 전분 또는 셀룰로스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 수용성 부분은 폴리비닐 알콜로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 전체면은 폴리비닐 알콜로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 비수용성 코팅에 적층된 수용성 필름의 적층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 폴리비닐 알콜필름상의 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트코팅으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐비티는 히트시일가능한 필름의 원주형 튜브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융된 호트멜트접착제는 1,000∼200,000cps의 용융점도로 캐비티내에 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 접착제물질의 0/2∼1.0중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호트멜트접착제는 비압감성인 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호트멜트접착제는 압감성이고, 수용성 필름의 용해 및 제거 후, 접착제물질은 친화성 비점착코팅재료로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융된 접착제는 110∼130℃의 온도에서 필름실린더내로 주입되고, 그 필름의 두께는 1.25mil인 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융된 접착제는 130∼150℃의 온도에서 필름실린더내로 주입되고, 그 필름의 두께는 1.5mil인 것을 특징으로 하는 호트멜트접착제의 패키징방법.
