Abstract

본 발명은 철판의 측면 모서리부의 연마장치에 관한 것으로, 열연공정을 거쳐 생산되는 철판의 끝단모서리 부위를 연마하여 양질의 금속판을 얻을 수 있는 것인데, 이를 위해 철판을 지지하며 일측방향으로 이송시키는 지지롤러와 이송되어온 금속판을 연마하는 연마부와, 상기 연마부 선단부에 부설되어 금속판과의 면접촉을 감지하는 감지부와, 상기 감지부의 감별에 따라 연마부를 좌, 우로 개폐시키는 이동수단과, 상기 연마부 상부로 설치되어 연마재 가루를 털어주는 연마재칩 제거부에로 구성됨으로 금속판의 끝단 모서리 부위의 결함을 다단계의 연마과정을 통해 제거됨으로 제품의 주문합격률, 납기적중률, 생산실수률등이 향상될 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 철판(50)의 지지와 소정방향으로의 이송을 위한 한 쌍의 지지롤러(60)와; 상기 지지롤러(60)의 사이에 설치되며 이송되어 온 철판(50)의 측단부를 연마하는 연마부(B)와; 상기 연마부(B) 선단부에 부설되어 철판(50)과의 접촉을 감지하는 감지부(70)와; 상기 감지부(70)의 감지에 따라 연마부(B)를 철판(50)에 접촉 또는 이탈시켜주기 위한 이동수단(200)과; 상기 연마부(B) 후단부에 부설되어 철판의 모따기 연마를 수행하는 모따기수단(C)과; 공기압 분사에 의해 연마과정중 발생되는 가루를 제거시켜주는 연마칩제거부(400)로 구성되는 코일형 철판의 측면 모서리부 연마장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    연마부(B)는 몸체(100)에 연마재(103)와 철판(50)의 접촉압력을 조절하기 위한 조절핸들(102) 및 케이스(101)와, 상기 연마재(103)와 그 축(103a) 상단에 연결된 구동모터(104)를 수평 및 승강 가능하게 안내하기 위한 수직, 수평안내레일(108)(109)과, 연마재(103)의 축(103a)하부의 접촉롤러(103b)와 접촉되어 연마재(103)의 승강작동을 하기 위한 캠(105)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코일형 철판의 측면 모서리부 연마장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 모따기수단(C)은 먼저 몸체(100)에 고정설치되며 상측에 가이드(300a)와 돌편(300b)이 설치되는 받침판(300)과, 상기 받침판(300)의 가이드(300a)에 끼워지는 축봉(302a)에 의해 받침판(300)상에 유동가능하게 설치되며 전면에 모따기용줄(303)의 고정용 가이드(302b)가 구비된 헤드부(302)와, 상기 돌편(300b)에 나삽되어 모따기용줄(303)과 철판(50)과의 접촉 압력을 조절시켜주기 위한 조절핸들(301)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코일형 철판의 측면 모서리부 연마장치.
