Abstract
본 발명은, 배연속의 아황산가스를 칼슘화합물함유슬러리에 흡수하고, 이 흡수액을 산화해서 얻게된 석고슬러리로부터 석고를 간편하고, 또한 효율적으로 분리하여, 회수하는 습식배연탈황방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 소형이고 또한 간단한 구성의 고액분리장치를, 고액분리의 대상인 석고슬러리가 부생하는 탱크에 직접장착하고, 이에 의해서 고액분리공정을 소형화하고 또한 간략화하여, 설비비, 시공비, 부지등에 소요되는 고스트를 대폭 저감할수 있는 방법 및 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 구성에 있어서, 배연속의 아황산가스를 칼슘화합물함유슬러리에 흡수하고, 이 흡수액을 산화해서 얻게된 석고슬러리로부터 석고를 분리회수함에 있어서, 이 석고슬러리에, 여과면이 순환하는 흡인여과기의 여과면의 일부를 침지해서 석고를 부착시키고, 이 석고가 부착된 여과면을 석고슬러리의 액면위에 반송하고, 이 여과면을 통해서 액상을 흡인여과해서 여과면위에 탈수된 석고층을 형성하고, 이이서 이 석고층을 여과면으로부터 박리하도록해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한 습식배연탈황방법 및 그 장치이다.

Claims (11)
- 배연속의 아황산가스를 칼슘화합물함유슬러리에 흡수하고, 이 흡수액을 산화해서 얻게된 석고슬러리로부터 석고를 분리회수함에 있어서, 이 석고슬러리에, 여과면이 순환하는 흡인여과기의 여과면의 일부를 침지해서 석고를 부착시키고, 이 석고가 부착된 여과면을 석고슬러리의 액면위에 반송하고, 이 여과면을 통해서 액상을 흡인여과해서 여과면위에 탈수된 석고층을 형성하고, 이어서 이 석고층을 여과면으로부터 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석고층의 여과면으로부터의 박리를 여과면의 굴곡에 의해서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석고층의 여과면으로부터의 박리를 긁어내기에 의해서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡인여과기의 여과면위에 형성된 석고층을 여과면으로부터 박리하기전에, 여과면위에서 물을 살포해서 수세를 하고, 세정된 석고층을 흡입여과기에 의해 탈수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡인여과기의 여과면위에 형성된 석고층을 여과면으로부터 박리하기전에, 여과면위에서 압착해서 탈수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황방법.
- 탑상부에서 배연속의 아황가스를 칼슘화합물함유슬러리의 흡수제어에 의해 흡수하는 동시에, 탑내는 흘러내린 흡수액을 탑바닥부를 형성하는 탱크내에서 산화해서 석고슬러리를 생성시키는 흡수탑과, 상기 탱크내의 석고 슬러리로부터 석고를 분리회수하는 고액분리 장치를 가진 습식배연탈황장치로서, 이 고액분리장치가 상기 탱크내의 석고슬러리에 입구가 침지되어서 순환하는 여과면이 형성되고, 이 여과면의 석고슬러리에 침지된 부위에서 석고를 부착시키는 동시에, 액면위의 부위에서 액상을 흡입여과해서 탈수한 석고층을 형성하는 흡인여과기와, 상기 석고층을 여과면으로부터 박리시키는 박리수단을 구비해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 흡인여과기가 회전드럼과, 이 회전드럼에 병설된 롤러기구와, 이를 회전드럼의 외주면과 롤러기구와의 사이를 한바퀴돌아서 장착되므로써 상기 여과면을 형성하는 여과포를 구비해서 이루어지고, 상기 박리수단이 상기 석고층을 상기 여과면의 굴곡에 의해 박리하는 롤러기구에 의해 구성되 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 또 상기 흡인여과기가 외주면에 상기 여과면이 형성된 회전드럼을 구비해서 이루어지고, 상기 박리수단이 이 회전드럼의 여과면에 형성된 석고층을 긁어내기에 의해 박리시키는 스크레이퍼를 구비해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황장치.
- 제6항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡인여과기가 상기 탱크의 측벽내부 가장자리에 회전자재하게 장착되는 동시에, 상기 여과면의 석고슬러리에 침지된 부분이 석고슬러리의 액면의 변동에 대응해서 일정한 깊이를 유지하게되는 위치제어수단을 구비해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황장치.
- 제6항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고액분리장치, 흡인여과기의 여과면위에 형성된 석고층을 여과면으로부터 박리하기전에, 여과면위에서 수세를 하는 살수기를 구비해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황장치.
- 제6항 내지 제10항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고액분리장치가 흡인여과기의 여과면위에 형성된 석고층을 여과면으로부터 박리하기전에, 여과면위에서 압착해서 탈수하는 압착롤러를 구비해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습식배연탈황장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
