Abstract
본 발명은 식품성 단백질과 곡류 분말 및 콩분말로 이루어지는 조성물 및 그것을 이용한 식품에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물의 조성은 바람직하게는 식물성 단백질 50-100중량부, 곡류 분말 70-90중량부 및 콩분말 10-30중량부이다.

Claims (8)
- 식물성 단백을 50-100중량부, 곡류 분말 70-90중량부 및 콩분말 10-30중량부로 이루어지는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 곡류 분말과 콩분말의 비율이 중량비로 80:20인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 단백질이 밀 단백질인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 곡류가 쌀, 메밀 또는 보리인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콩분말이 대두분인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 분말 또는 페이스트 형태인 조성물.
- 식물성 단백일 50-100중량부, 곡류 분말 70-90중량부 및 콩분말 10-30중량부로 이루어지는 조성물로 제조되는 식품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 식품이 국수, 만두피, 빵, 과자, 또는 캔 식품인 식품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
