Abstract

본 발명은 배선용 케이블의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 종래 배선보호용 파이프의 매설작업을 먼저 행한 후, 매설된 파이프의 일측에서 케이블을 인입하고 타측에서는 인입된 배선을 잡아당겨 인출해야 하므로 작업이 상당히 번거로우며, 배선보호용 플렉시블 파이프가 설치되는 모서리부위와 같이 굴곡진 곳에서는 케이블이 잘 인입되지 않아서 작업을 하기가 상당히 힘들고 작업시간이 오래걸림에 따라 공사기간이 오래 걸리고 인력소모가 많으며, 상대적으로 총공사비가 상당히 많아 소요되는 문제점이 발생하였다.
따라서, 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 수개의 케이블을 배선보호용 파이프(20)(30)에 삽입설치한 상태에서 지증이나 건물의 바닥, 벽체, 천정등에 설치한 후, 상기 배선보호용 파이프(20)(30)의 상면에 흙 또는 콘크리트를 타설하여 상기 케이블이 배선보호용 파이프(20)(30)와 함께 매설되도록 본 발명을 구성하므로써 공기가 단축되고 인력이 감축되어 총공사비가 절감되는 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것이다.

제1도의 (가)는 플렉시블 파이프에 케이블이 끼워진 상태를 도시한 사시도, (나)는 직선 파이프에 케이블이 끼워진 상태를 도시한 사시도.
제2도의 (가)는 맨홀과 맨홀 사이에 직선 파이프가 매설된 상태를 도시한 부분 횡단면도, (나)는 건물 벽체의 플렉시블 파이프가 매설된 상태를 도시한 부분 횡단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 지중이나 건물에 통신 및 전력케이블을 시공함에 있어서, 수개의 케이블을 배선보호용 파이프(20)(30)에 삽입설치한 상태에서 지중이나 건물의 바닥, 벽체, 천정등에 설치한 후, 상기 배선보호용 파이프(20)(30)의 상면에 흙 또는 콘크리트를 타설하여 상기 케이블이 배선보호용 파이프(20)(30)와 함께 매설되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 배선용 케이블의 시공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 파이프(20,30)내에 코일형으로 서로 꼬인 수개의 케이블 (10)을 삽입한 상태에서 함께 매설함을 특징으로 하는 배선용 케이블의 시공방법.
