Abstract

고분해능 연속 잉크 제트 인쇄에 사용되는 잉크는, 현재 우리가 알고 있는 바와는 달리, 분산된 형태의 수용성 착색제를 함유할 수 있다. 이러한 잉크와 관련된 공지된 문제는 잉크를 안정시키는데 필요한 첨가제 및 착색제 입자의 잘못된 크기 분포에 기인한다. 따라서 평균 분자량이 20,000미만인 첨가제가 바람직할 것이다. 수소 브릿지는 활성이 있는, 특히 하이드록시 또는 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 물질의 겨우, 이 한계는 더욱 낮아야 하는데, 예를 들면, 약 1,000 이하가 되어야 한다. 착색제 입자는, 크기 분포가 200nm를 초과하는 입자의 총용적 비율이 약 5% 미만이고 300nm를 초과하는 입자의 비율이 약 10% 미만이어야 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 주요 액체 성분으로서의 물, 안료와 수불용성 염료를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 입자 형태의 분산된 착색제 1종 이상 및 잉크의 물리적 특성, 특히 이의 유동성을 안정시키고/시키거나 조정하기 위한 첨가제를 함유하는 연속 잉크 제트 인쇄용 잉크에 있어서, 사실상 모든 첨가제의 중량평균분자량이 약20,000미만이며, 수소 브릿지를 형성할 수 있는 수소원자, 특히 하이드록실 그룹 또는 아미노 그룹의 수소원자가 분자의 원자수의 약 5%를 초과하는 제1첨가제의 중량평균분자량이 약1,000 미만이고, 착색제 입자의 크기 분포가 이의 총용적에 대해 10% 미만이 20nm를 초과하고 3% 미만이 300nm를 초과하는 연속 잉크 제트 인쇄용 잉크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 착색제의 입자의 총 용적의 5% 이하, 바람직하게는 2% 이하가 200nm를 초과하며, 1% 이하, 바람직하게는 0.5% 이하가 300nm를 초과하는 잉크.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 착색제의 전체의 평균 입자 크기가 약 100nm이하, 바람직하게는 80nm미만, 특히 약 60 내지 70nm인 잉크.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 착색제 전체의 입자 크기의 분포 폭이 약 100nm 이하인 잉크.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 분포 폭이 약 70nm 미만인 잉크.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 착색제 전체의 비율이 잉크의 약 1 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 약 3 내지 6중량%인 잉크.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전체 제1첨가제가, 분자량이 약 15,000을 초과하는 분자 3중량% 이하와 분자량이 약 40,000을 초과하는 분자 1중량% 이하를 잉크에 공급하는 잉크.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제1첨가제의 분자량이 1,000 미만, 바람직하게는 500 미만인 잉크.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 잉크가 폴리비닐 알콜, 유리 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 셀룰로즈 유도체 및 폴리비닐 피롤리돈을 함유하지 않는 잉크.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 소포제 1종 이상, 점도 조절 첨가제 및 잉크 속의 착색제의 분포를 안정시키기 위한 첨가제를 함유하는 잉크.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제를 0.5 내지 10중량%의 농도 범위, 바람직하게는 1 내지 5중량%의 농도 범위로 함유하는 잉크.
  12. 액적 속도가 100kHz 초과, 특히 105내지 106kHz 이고/이거나 직경이 50㎛ 이하인 잉크 제트 발생용 노즐을 포하므흔 고분해능 연속 잉크 제트 인쇄방법에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한항에 따르는 잉크가 사용되는 방법
  13. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 직물 재료가 인쇄되는 방법.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 다색 열전ㄴ사 패턴 또는 직접 다색 인쇄물이 제조되는 방법.
