Abstract

본 발명은 바닥프레임부재를 측면프레임부재에 견고하게 연결할 수 있는 자동차의 프레임연결부 구조물에 관한 것이다. 대략 U자 형태의 단면을 가지며 프레임 종보강재(4)에 의해서 보강되어 있는 바닥패널(1) 상에 구비된 바닥프레임부재(2)의 끝부분은 대략 U자 형태의 단면을 가지는 측면프레임부재(3)의 끝부분에 연결되어 있다. 연결부에는 프레임 종보강재(4), 바닥프레임부재92) 및 측면프레임부재(3)가 서로 적층되어 이들을 관통하는 죔수단(7)에 의해서 일체로 결합되어 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 대략 U자 형태의 단면을 가지며 프레임 종보강재에 의해서 보강되어 있는 바닥패널상에 구비된 바닥프레임부재의 끝부분이 대략 U자 형태의 단면을 가진 측면 프레임부지의 끝부분에 연결되어 있는 차량의 프레임 연결부 구조물에 있어서, 상기 프레임 종보강재, 상기 바닥프레임부재 및 상기 측면프레임부재의 끝부분은 서로 적층되어 이들을 관통하는 죔수단에 의해서 일체로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 프레임 연결부 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 죔수단은 볼트와 너트로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 프레임 연결부 구조물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 죔수단은 리벳으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 프레임 연결부 구조물.
