Abstract

본 발명은 하기의 성분들을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 저항 페이스트에 관한 것이다:(a) NbxLa1-xB6-4x(여기에서 x는 0.1∼0.9몰이다)의 조성을 갖는 저항 재료(a1)와, 비환원성 글라스 프릿(a2)을 함유하는 고형분; (b) 제1첨가제로서, 상기 고형분에 대해 1∼10중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 TiO2; (c) 제2첨가제로서, 상기 고형분에 대해 1∼10중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 Co3O4, CoO 및 Fe2O3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종; 및 (d) 유기 담체(organic vehicle).

Claims (4)

  1. 하기의 성분들을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 저항 페이스트:(a) NbxLa1-xB6-4x(여기에서 x는 0.1∼0.9몰이다)의 조성을 갖는 저항 재료(a1)와, 비환원성 글라스 프릿(a2)을 함유하는 고형분; (b) 제1첨가제로서, 상기 고형분에 대해 1∼10중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 TiO2; (c) 제2첨가제로서, 상기 고형분에 대해 1∼10중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 Co3O4, CoO 및 Fe2O3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종; 및 (d) 유기 담체(organic vehicle).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1첨가제(b)의 양은 상기 고형분에 대해 2∼7중량%이며, 제2첨가제(c)의 양은 상기 고형분 총중량에 대해 2∼5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 저항 페이스트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제1첨가제(b)인 상기 고형분에 대해 2∼7중량%의 TiO2이며, 제2첨가제(c)는 상기 고형분에 대해 2∼5중량%의 Co3O4임을 특징으로 하는 저항 페이스트.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 제1첨가제(b)인 상기 고형분에 대해 2∼7중량%의 TiO2이며, 제2첨가제(c)는 상기 고형분에 대해 1∼3중량%의 Fe2O3임을 특징으로 하는 저항 페이스트.
