Abstract

본 발명은 탄소섬유보강 탄소복합 재료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 어떤 precursor로 부터 얻어진 탄소섬유라도 간단하고 균일한 표면 열처리를 통하여 표면 특성을 개량시키고, 이를 이용하여 기계적 물성과 마찰특성과 관련된 에너지 흡수능력이 월등히 뛰어난 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합 재료를 제조하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 보강재로 사용되는 탄소섬유를 비산화성 분말 또는 비산화성 기체 분위기하에서 300-1000℃로 0.5-10시간 동안 처리하고, 이러한 탄소섬유가 무게 비율로 20-80%, 기지물질이 무게비율로 20-80%를 주 조성물로 하며, 탄화 및 흑연화 공정을 반복하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 보강재로 사용되는 탄소섬유를 비산화성 분말 또는 비산화성 기체 분위기하에서 300-1000℃로 0.5-10시간 동안 처리하고, 이러한 탄소섬유가 무게 비율로 20-80%, 기지물질이 무게비율로 20-80%를 주 조성물로 하며, 탄화 및 흑연화 공정을 반복하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소섬유는 일차원 배향섬유, 2차원 직물 또는 3차원 구조물중 선택되며, 기지물질은 페놀수지, 폴리아미드수지 퓨란 수지 중 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 700-1000℃의 탄화공정과 1800-2500℃의 흑연화공정 및 액상 열경화성 수지를 이용하는 재함침, 재경화 공정을 3, 4회 반복시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화 및 흑연화 공정 대신에 900-1100℃의 온도 조건과 1-100torr의 압력조건하에서 활성반응기체로 화학증착공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유강화 탄소복합재료의 제조방법.
