Abstract
제1축틈을 갖춘 제1조인트부품(1)과 상기 제1조인트부품내에 틈과 동축으로 설치되 축틈을 구비한 제2조인트부품(4)을 갖추고, 상기 제1,2조인트부품(1,2)에는 그 사이에 삽입되어 유체밀봉으로 작용하는 가스켓링(7)을 구비하며, 상기 부품들은 볼트(10)에 의해 서로 결합되며, 가스켓내에 다수의 응력 또는 중압 수용부재가 각각 응력 또는 중압수용재가 삽입된 한쌍의 전극을 구비하고서 가스킷의 전체 외주를 둘러 등간격으로 설치됨과 더불어 상기 수용부재는 가스킷과 전극의 대향면으로부터 이격된 대향면을 갖추고서 리드(18,19)를 매개로 출력부에 결합되어 각 개별부재내에 근접한 볼트에 가해진 토오크력에 상응하는 응력 또는 중압을 나타내도록 된 조인트.

제1도는 수용부재가 피에조전기부재로 된 본 발명에 따른 조인트의 제1실시예를 도시한 종단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 조인트의 가스킷부(A)의 확대종단면도, 제3도는 피에조전기부재의 위치를 도시하는 제1도에 도시한 조인트의 가스킷의 횡단면도(B 평면), 제4도와 제5도 및 제6도는 다양한 형상의 피에조전기부재의 위치를 도시하는 제3도로 도시한 가스킷과 상이한 실시예를 도시한 횡단면도, 제7도는 본 발명에 따른 조인트의 가스킷내에 피에조전기부재를 위치시키는 다른 정위수단의 종단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 축틈을 구비한 제1조인트부품과 상기 제1틈에 동축상으로 설치된 축틈을 갖춘 제2조인트부품, 상기한 부품 사이에 끼워 설치된 가스킷 및 해당 조인트부품과 대향면이 접촉된 채로 삽입된 가스킷으로 제1조인트부품을 제2조인트부품에 부착하도록 설치된 다수의 볼트를 구비하고, 상기 가스켓에는 이 가스켓의 전체 외주를 둘러 등간격으로 설치된 응력 또는 중앙수용부재가 구비되며, 각 수용부재에는 그 사이에 삽입된 응력 또는 증압 수용재를 갖춘 한쌍의 전극을 갖춤과 더불어 상기 수용부재는 가스킷의 대향면으로부터 이격된 대향면을 구비하고, 상기한 수용부재를 출력디스플레이에 결합하는 수단을 구비하여 가장 근접한 볼트에 가해진 토오크력에 상응하여 개별부재 각각에 가해지는 응력 또는 중압을 감지할 수 있도록 나타내도록 된 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조인트부재에 관상부재가 구비되고 상기 가스킷은 환형으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용부재가 가스켓내에 싸여진 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부재가 적어도 4개 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스킷에 제1조인트부품과 제2조인트부품내에 볼트에 구비된 관통홈에 상보적으로 설치된 관통보어가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 수용부재가 다수의 볼트와 동일한 갯수로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 수용부재가 가스킷의 전체 외주를 둘러 설치되어 상기 틈의 축으로부터 그려진 선이 각 볼트를 통해 방사상 외부로 해당 수용부재를 관통하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수용부재에 피에조전기부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수용부재에 응력게이지가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
