Abstract
본 발명은 기밀한 하우징(1)에서 선형으로 이동 가능한 2개의 피스톤(8,9)을 구비한 축열성 가스 순환 공정에 따라 작동하는 가열 및 냉각 장치에 관한 것으로, 가열 및 냉각 장치는 함께 고온 작동 볼륨(Vw)을 형성하며, 그중 하나는 열이 가해지는 고온 작동 볼륨(Vh)을 한정하고 다른 하나는 냉각 작동 볼륨(Vk)을 한정하는 한편 3개의 작동 볼륨(Vh, Vw, Vk)은 축열기(Rh, Rk)와 열 교환기(Ww, Wk)를 통해 상호 연결된다. 외부 크기를 작게하고 압력저항을 충분히 하여 양호한 열 유입을 획득하기 위하여, 고온 작동 볼륨(Vh)은 기밀한 하우징(1)부를 형성하는 오목한 격벽(6)을 통해 열이 공급되며, 만곡부는 회전시 대칭되고 하우징(1)에 대해 처지게 된다.

Claims (7)
- 피스톤(8,9)이 공동으로 따뜻한 작동 볼륨(Vw)을 제한하며 그리고 이들 중 하나의 피스톤(8)은 하우징(1)에서 열을 제공받는 따뜻한 작동매체(Vh)를 제한하며 그리고 다른 피스톤(9)은 차가운 작동 볼륨(Vk)을 제한하며, 이 3개의 작동 볼퓸(Vh,Vw,Vk)은 측열기 (Rh,Rk)와 연교환기(Ww,Wk)의 중간 접속을 통해 서로 연결되어 있고 피스톤(8,9)을 위한 구동 장치 및/ 또는 제어 장치가 제공되는, 기밀성 하우징(1)에서 선형으로 움직이는 2개의 피스톤(8,9)을 가진 축열성 가스 순환에 따라 작동하는 가열 및 냉각 장치에 있어서, 이 열이 기밀성 하우징(1)의 일부를 형성하는, 안으로 또는 외부로 아치 형상 분리벽(6)을 통해 뜨거운 작동 볼륨(Vh)에 제공되며, 이 분리벽은 회전 대칭인 아치, 바람직하게는 원추형, 특히 반구로서 실시되어 있고 이 하우징(1)과 열절연되게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리벽(6)은 이의 외측/내측에서 표면을 확대하는 리브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분리벽(6)의 외측의 가장자리는 열을 방출하는 매체의 흐름 속도를 높이는, 예를 들어 리브 또는 유도판(12)을 통해 형성된 채널을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유입되는 열은 큰 방사량을 갖는 열 발생기를 통해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유입되는 열이 분리벽(6)의 콘투어에 적합한 작열하는 버너 표면(5c)을 갖는 가스 버너(5)를 통해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 뜨거운 피스톤(8)이 아치 형상의 분리벽(6)의 콘투어에 적합한 피스톤 바닥(8a)을 가지고 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분리벽(6)의 내측은 가장자리 영역에서 흐름 속도를 높이는, 예를 들어 리브 또는 유도판(11)을 통해 형성된 채널을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 및 냉각 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
