Abstract

본 발명을 자동차 부품(20)의 개구부(22)내에 끼워맞추기에 적합한 에어백(56)용 조립체에 있어서, 제1벼가(100)과 대향의 제2벽(102), 제1벽(100)에 고정되어 그 사이의 공간을 한정하는 구비리기 처운 벽부재(106)를 포함하며, 제1벽(100)과 구부리기 쉬운 벽부재(106)중의 하나가 공간(150)내로 밀어있는 복수의 제1태브(112)를 포함하며, 제2벽(102)이 복수의 위치결정태브(120)와 그 바깥쪽으로 뻗어있는 래치태브를 포함하는 하우징(44), 제1태브(112)와 맞물려 그 사이에 스냅연결을 제공하는 힌지부(40)와, 위치 결정태브와 맞물리는 시임플랜지(76)를 포함하는 시일부(42)를 포함하며, 이 시임플랜지는 래치태브(122)에 의해 제위치에 걸려 시임부(42)를 하우징에 고정시키는 배치도어 또는 커버(30,40,42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 자동차 부품(20)의 개구부(22)내에 끼워맞추기에 적합한 에어백(56)용 조립체에 있어서, 제1벽(100)과 대향의 제2벽(102), 제1벽(100)에 고정되어 그 사이의 공간을 한정하는 구부리기 쉬운 벽부재(106)를 포함하며, 제1벽(100)과 구부리기 쉬운 벽부재(106)중의 하나가 공간(150)내로 뻗어있는 복수의 제1태브(112)를 포함하며, 제2벽(102)이 복수의 위치결정태브(120)와 그 바깥쪽으로 밀어있는 래치태브(122,124)를 포함하는 하우징(44), 제1수단을 포함하며, 이 제1태브(112)와 맞물려 그 사이에 스냅연결을 제공하는 힌지부(40)와, 제2 태브와 맞물리는 제2수단(76,82) 및 이러한 래치태브에 의해 걸려 시임부를 하우징에 고정시키는 제3수단(76,84)을 포함하는 시임부(42)를 포함하며, 이 시임부가 팽창 에어백에 의해 발생된 배치함에 응답하여 찢기는 시임(80)을 포함하는, 하우징을 둘러싸기 위하여 공간(150)내에 수용된 커버수단(30,40,42)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 커버수단은 커버(30), 이 커버로 부터 뻗어있는 일체성형 힌지플랜지(60), 힌지플랜지(60)와 커버(30)의 연결부에 인접하게 형성된 구부리기 쉬운 힌지(62), 및 힌지플랜지(60)에 대향하는 커버(30)의 일체성형부품으로서 형성되어 시임플랜지(76)에적 찢기는 시임(86)을 커버에 한정하는 시임플랜지(76)를 포함하고 있으며, 이 시임플랜지(50)는 제1벽과 제2벽 사이에 삽입될때 상응하는 제1태브(112)중의 하나와 맞물리는 복수의 수용기(70)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 시임플랜지(76)는 복수의 개구부 또는 슬롯(7)을 포함하며, 이곳으로 상응하는 위치결정태브 중의 하나가 커버(30) 정합용 제공수단을 제2벽(102)으로 들어가게 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 시임플랜지(76)는 하우징상의 상응하는 래치부재에 대하여 수용되는 복수의 제2개구부(84)를 포함하며, 이 개구부(84)와 래치부재는 결합하여 시임플랜지를 하우징에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  5. 에어백 하우징용 커버에 있어서, 이 타입의 하우징은 제1벽(100)과 대향의 제2벽(102), 제1벽(100)에 고정되어 그 사이에 공간(106)을 한정하는 구부리기 쉬운 벽부재로 이루어져 있고, 제1벽(100)과 구부리기 쉬운 벽부재(106)중의 하나는 공간(150)으로 뻗어있는 복수의 제1태브(112)를 포함하고, 이 제2벽(102)은 복수의 위치결정태브(120)와 이로부터 바깥쪽으로 뻗어있는 래치태브(122, 124)를 포함하며, 공간(150)내에 수용된 커버는 상부, 및 제1수단을 포함하며, 이 제1태브(112)와 맞물려 그 사이에 스냅연결을 제공하는 힌지부(40)와, 위치결정태브와 맞물리는 제2수단(76,82) 및 상기 래치태브에 의해 걸려 시임부를 하우징에 고정시키는 제3수단(76,84)을 포함하는 시임부(42)를 포함하며, 이 시임부는 팽창에어백에 의해 발생된 배치힘에 응답하여 찢기는 시임(50)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 힌지플랜지(60)는 상부로 부터 일체로 뻗어있으며, 여기에서 힌지부(40)는 힌지플랜지(60)와 상부(30)의 연결부에 근접하게 형성되며, 여기서 제2수단은 힌지플랜지(60)에 대향하는 커버(30)의 일체성형부품으로서 형성된 시임플랜지(76)을 포함하며, 여기에서 찢기는 시임(80)은 상부에 대한 시임플랜지의 연결부에 있으며, 힌지플랜지(60)는 제1벽과 구부리기 쉬운 벽사이에 삽입될때 상응하는 제1태브(112)중의 하나와 맞물리는 복수의 수용기(70)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 시임플랜지(76)는 복수의 개구부 또는 슬롯(82)을 포함하며, 이곳으로 상응하는 위치결정태브 중의 하나가 커버(30) 정합용 제공수단을 제2벽(102)으로 들어가게 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 시임플랜지(76)는 하우징상의 상응하는 래치태브에 대하여 수용되는 복수의 제2개구부(84)를 포함하며, 이 개구부(84)와 래치부재는 결합하여 시임플랜지를 하우징에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버.
