Abstract
본 발명은 전체 밀도가 낮고 안정화된 경사진 벌집 모양 코아를 이용하여 경사진 표면을 갖는 경량의 벌집 모양 코아 복합 제품을 고압 동시-경화 성형하기 위한 복합 성형 장치(10)및 방법에 관한 것이다. 전체 밀도가 낮고 안정화된 경사진 벌집 모양 코아는 안정화된 벌집 모양 코아 물질의 망상 성형에 의해 경사진 벌집 모양 코아로 성형되며, 이는 상부. 하부 및 경사진 표면에 면적당 중량이 낮은 필름 접각제층을 적용함으로서 적층 및 동시-경화를 위해 제조된다. 벌집 모양 코아 물질은 예정된 영상 프레임 포맷에서 상기 물질의 상부 및 하부 표면에 적용된 면적당 중량이 낮은 필름 접착제층에 의향 망상 성형 작업에 대해 안정화된다. 복합 성형 장치는 강성 기본 부재(12)및 상보적 반 강성 성형 부재(20)(이는 고압 동시-경화 공정중에 벌집 모양 코아 및 겹쳐진 복합 프리프레그의 경사진 표면에 걸쳐 대칭적인 압력 분포를 제공하는 내부 강성 보강 삽입물을 포함한다)를 포함하는 반강성 성형 조립체이다. 복합 프리프레그 및 경사진 벌집 모양 코아는 진공으로 되고 오토클레이브내에 배치된 반 강성 조립체에 적층된다. 진공백을 제거하고, 적층 성형 조립체를 고압 동시-경화를 위한 2단계 압력, 온도 사이클에 적용한다. 상기 오토클레이브를 정체 압력으로 가압하고 온도는 주위 온도에서 정체 온도로 상승시킨 후에 오토클레이브를 정체 기간 동안 안정화시킨다. 다음에, 오토클레이브 압력을 고압으로 증가시키고 온도는 동시 -경화 온도로 상승시킨 후 오토클레이브를 적층이 경화되도록 동시-경화 기간동안 안정화시킨다. 완전히 경화시킨후, 오토클레이브를 냉각시킨 다음 압력을 제거하여 복합 성형 장치를 분리한다.

Claims (5)
- 성형 표면을 갖는 강성 기본 부재, 및 보강된 압형 물질 및 비보강원 탄성중합성 물질 층과, 상기 보강된 물질과 상기 비보강된 탄성중합성 물질층사이에 삽입된 하나 이상의 강성 보강 삽입물의 혼합물로 부터 제조되고, 고압 동시-경화 성형중에 성형 표면들이 제조될 경량의 벌집 모양 코아 복합 제품의 외부 성형 라인 표면에 일치되고 이에 한정되도록 가요성을 가지며, 성형 표면들 및 하나 이상의 내부 강성 보강 삽입물을 갖는 상보적 반강성 성형 부재(상기 하나 이상의 강성 보강 삽입물은 제조될 경량의 벌집 모양 코아 복합 제품의 하나 이상의 경사진 표면에 필적하는 형태를 가져, 고압 동시-경화 성형중에 전체 밀도가 낮고 안정화된 경사진 벌집 모양 코아 및 겹쳐진 복합 프리프레그의 하나 이상의 경사진 표면에 걸쳐 대칭적인 압력 분포가 제공된다)를 포함하며; 하나 이상의 경사진 표면을 갖는 경량의 벌집 모양 코아 복합 제품이 성형되도록 상기 복합 프리프레그 및 전체 밀도가 낮고 안정화된 경사진 벌집 모양 코아를 이용하는 고압 동시-경화 성형을 위해 배열된, 하나 이상의 경사진 표면을 갖는 경량의 벌집 모양 코아 복합 제품의 성형을 위한 복합 성형 장치.
