Description
図1は、FRP成形に係る全体システムの概念図である。全体システムは裁断装置1と剥離装置2と、積層装置3と、ホットドレープ装置4、およびオートクレーブ装置5から構成されている。
ハニカムサンドイッチ複合材30は、ハニカムコア20と、ハニカムコア下面に設けられた繊維強化プラスチック下部と、ハニカムコア上面に設けられた繊維強化プラスチック上部とからなる。なお、第1プリプレグシート積層体21は、繊維強化プラスチック上部となる。第2プリプレグシート積層体22は、繊維強化プラスチック下部となる。
ハニカムサンドイッチ複合材30の成形技術のうち賦形工程について説明する。図2〜図4は賦形工程に係る動作フローである。
ハニカムサンドイッチ複合材30の成形技術のうち硬化工程について説明する。硬化工程は上記賦形工程から引き渡されることが好ましいが、上記賦形工程以外により賦形されていてもよい。図6〜図7は賦形工程に係る動作フローである。
図8は、上記賦形工程および上記硬化工程の一連の作業工程のうち、要部を抜粋したフローである。途中経過状態を斜視図で示す。また、複数の凹型が配設されている。
従来例や比較例と比較しながら、本実施形態の効果について検討する。図9〜13にて対比する。

本願発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本願発明の技術思想の範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (4)
- 傾斜する側面を有するハニカムコアと、ハニカムコア下面に設けられた繊維強化プラスチック下部と、前記ハニカムコア下面より小さいハニカムコア上面に設けられた繊維強化プラスチック上部とからなるハニカムサンドイッチ複合材の成形方法のうち、賦形工程であって、
ハニカムコアの上下反転形状に対応する凹型を有する治具を設置し、
前記治具に、前記繊維強化プラスチック上部となる第1プリプレグシート積層体を前記凹型に対応するように載置し、
前記第1プリプレグシートが載置された治具に、ホットドレープ装置を設置し、
ホットドレープ装置により第1プリプレグシート積層体を前記凹型に対応する形状に賦形し、
前記ホットドレープ装置を撤去し、
前記凹型に対応する形状に賦形された前記第1プリプレグシート積層体の凹型に上下反転状態のハニカムコアを配置し、
前記ハニカムコアが配置された前記第1プリプレグシート積層体に、前記繊維強化プラスチック下部となる第2プリプレグシート積層体を載置する
ことを特徴とするハニカムサンドイッチ複合材の成形方法。 - 請求項1記載の賦形工程を経た硬化工程であって、
未硬化のハニカムサンドイッチ複合材を脱型せずに、前記治具とともにオートクレーブ装置に搬送し、
オートクレーブ装置により高温高圧を加えて硬化させ、
硬化後、前記治具より脱型するとともに、ハニカムサンドイッチ複合材を上下反転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハニカムサンドイッチ複合材の成形方法。 - 傾斜する側面を有するハニカムコアと、ハニカムコア下面に設けられた繊維強化プラスチック下部と、前記ハニカムコア下面より小さいハニカムコア上面に設けられた繊維強化プラスチック上部とからなるハニカムサンドイッチ複合材の成形方法のうち、硬化工程であって、
ハニカムコアの上下反転形状に対応する凹型を有する治具を設置し、
賦形され、上下反転状態のハニカムサンドイッチ複合材を凹型に配置し、
未硬化のハニカムサンドイッチ複合材を前記治具とともにオートクレーブ装置に搬送し、
オートクレーブ装置により高温高圧を加えて硬化させ、
硬化後、前記治具より脱型するとともに、ハニカムサンドイッチ複合材を上下反転させる
ことを特徴とするハニカムサンドイッチ複合材の成形方法。 - 前記オートクレーブ装置による硬化において、
前記繊維強化プラスチック下部下面に対応するように、カウルプレートが設置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のハニカムサンドイッチ複合材の成形方法。
