Abstract

식(Ⅰ)
(식중, R은 수소원자, 치환 또는 비치환 페닐기, 피리딜기 등을 나타낸다)로 표시되는 테르피리딘 유도체는 신경성장인자 작용을 갖는다. 따라서, 예를 들면 외상성, 알코올이나 항암제 등의 약제성, 염증성, 당뇨병 등에서 보여지는 대사성, 나아가서는 특발성 말초성 신경변성에 수반하는 증상, 질환의 개선, 치료제로서 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 중추성 신경변성에 수반하는 증상, 질환, 예를 들면 알츠하이머 형 및 뇌혈관성 치매, 다운증후군, 파킨슨병, 헌팅톤 무답병, 뇌허혈, 뇌경색, 뇌출혈, 두부외상 등에 의해 생기는 정신 및 운동기능 부전증, 척추성 신경마비증 등의 개선·치료제로서도 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 식(Ⅰ)
    [식중, R은 수소원자; 비치환 페닐기; 알킬기, 알콕시기, 히드록시기, 니트로기, 아미노기, 카르복시기, 브로모메틸기, 2-히드록시에톡시기, 2-아세톡시에톡시기 및 할로겐 원자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 치환기로 치환된 페닐기; 피리딜기; 또는 하기 식(Ⅱ)-1∼(Ⅱ)-8
    의 어느 하나로 표시되는 관능기를 나타낸다. ] 로 표시되는 테르피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 의약 조성물.
  2. 신경변성질환의 개선 또는 치료용으로 사용되는 제1항 기재의 의약 조성물.
  3. 의약 조성물의 유효성분으로서 사용하기 위한 제1항 기재의 테르피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 염.
  4. 신경변성질환의 개선 또는 치료용으로 사용되는 의약 조성물인 제3항 기재의 테르피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 염.
  5. 신경변성질환의 개선 또는 치료용 의약 조성물을 제조하기 위한 제1항 기재의 테르피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 염의 사용.
  6. 제1항 기재의 테르피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용되는 유효량을 사람에게 투여하는 것으로 된 신경변성질환의 개선 또는 치료법.
