옥탄가, 세탄가, 밀도, 증기압 등 또는 가솔린/알콜 비율과 같은 탄화수소 생산물의 물리적 특성 데이타를 온라인 측정하는 장치로서, 예정된 스펙트럼 범위내(N)IR 조사를 제공하는 수단 ; (N)IR 스펙트럼 영역내 선택된 파장의 빛을 투과하는 수단; 상기 투과 수단으로 부터 탄화수소 생산물 라인에 빛을 전달하는 수단, 탄화수소 생산물 라인 내 광행로 길이를 형성시키는 수단; 상기 광행로를 통해 투과되는 빛을 감지하는 수단; 얻어진 신호를 스펙트럼 분석을 위한 처리 장치에 입력되도록 제공하고 옥탄가, 세탄가, 밀도, 증기압 등 또는 가솔린/알콜 비율과 같은 탄화수소 생산물의 물리적 특성 데이타에 대한 스펙트럼 데이타를 관련시키는 수단으로 구성되는 장치.

제2도는 본 발명의 장치에서 유리하게 적용된 뉴유랄망을 도식적으로 나타낸다.
Claims (20)
- 옥탄가, 세탄가, 밀도, 증기압 등 또는 가솔린/알콜 비율과 같은 탄화수소 생산물의 물리적 특성 데이타를 온-라인 측정하는 장치로서, 예정된 스펙트럼 범위내(N)IR 조사를 제공하는 수단 ; (N)IR 스펙트럼 영역내 선택된 파장의 빛을 투과하는 수단; 상기 투과 수단으로부터 탄화수소 생산물 라인에 빛을 전달하는 수단 광행로, 길이를 탄화수소 생산물 라인내 형성시키는 수단; 상기 광행로를 통해 투과된 빛을 감지하는 수단; 얻어진 신호를 스펙트럼 분석을 위한 처리장치에 입력되도록 제공하고 옥탄가, 세탄가, 밀도, 증기압 등 또는 가솔린/알콜 비율과 같은 탄화수소 생산물의 물리적 특성 데이타에 대한 스펙트럼 데이타를 관련시키는 수단으로 구성되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스펙트럼 범위가 0.78-30㎛ 파장인 장치.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, (N)IR 조사가 빛-방출 다이오드에 의해 제공되는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 빛-방출 다이오드의 수가 적어도 5인 장치.
- 제1-4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 광섬유 다발이 빛을 탄화수소 생산물 라인에 전달하는 장치.
- 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 빛-방출 다이오드를 선택하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 선택이 전자 펄스에 의해 초래되는 장치.
- 제1-7항 중 임의의 한 항에서, 적어도 하나의 광 윈도우가 탄화수소 생산물 라인에 위치하는 장치.
