Abstract
La presente invención provee una célula de transmisión adecuada para el uso en un dispositivo para medir el espectro infrarrojo (próximo) de un materialhidrocarbonáceo que comprende uno o más compartimientos de muestra y uno o más compartimientosde referencia, en donde el (los) compartimiento(s) de muestra,comprende(n) dos ventanas transparentes entre las cuales se forma un espacio para contener el material hidrocarbonáceo y elementos de entrada y salida paraintroducir y retirar elmaterial hidrocarbonáceo en y desde el espacio entre las ventanas; un espectrómetro infrarrojo (próximo) que comprende tal célula detransmisión; un método para predecir una propiedad física de un material hidrocarbonáceo usando eseespectrómetro in frarrojo (próximo); un procedimientopara preparar una composición de betún que comprende el mezclado de dos o más corrientes de diferentes grados de betún y determinar una propiedad de lacomposición del betún así obtenida pormedio del método arrib a indicado; y el uso del espectrómetro en control de procedimiento, regulación de procedimientoy monitoreo del substrato hidrocarbonáceo y de la calidad del producto hidrocarbonáceo.
