Abstract

본 발명은 안전잠금장치를 구비한 압축공기용 호스커플렁에 관한 것이다. 이 안전잠금장치는, 숫부재(1)의 분리시, 숫부재(1)가 완전히 분리되지 않고 호스 및 공구내의 과다압력이 사라질 때까지 암부재(2)내에 잠금볼에 의해 포획되도록 구성된다. 이후에, 숫부재(1)가 분리된다. 이러한 방식에 의해, 원치않는 충격과 엄청난 힘에 의해 숫부재(1)와 함께 호스가 뒤쪽으로 이동하는 결과는 제어된 방식에 의해 방지된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 숫부재(1)와 암부재(2)로 구성되며, 상기 암부재(2)가 축방향이동 가능한 슬라이브부(10)를 구비하고 축방향이동가능한 슬리브(13)에 의해 둘러싸이며, 상기 슬리브가 한 위치에서 커플링을 통해 흐름을 차단하고 숫부재(1)를 암부재(2) 내부로 삽입함으로써 초래된 축방향 이동에 의해 흐름을 개방하도록 구성되는 호스커플링에 있어서, 상기 암부재(2)는 이분기레버로 설계되고 상기 암부재(2)내의 니브(17)상에 균형을 유지하는 적어도 하나의 잡금폴(6)을 더 구비하며, 상기 잠금폴의 정면캠(7)은 상기 숫부재상으로의 잠금기능을 구비하고 상기 잠금폴의 배면캠(8)은 슬라이브부(10)상의 스프링하중링(9)에 의한 삽입잠금기능을 구비하여 상기 삽입된 숫부재(1)를 상기 암부재(2)와 밀봉접촉하도록 유지하며, 상기 슬리브(13)는 축방향이동 위치상에 배치되어 잠금폴(6)을 분리하고 상기 숫부재(1)의 외측으로의 최초이동후에 적어도 하나의 잠금볼(4)에 의해 상기 숫부재(1)를 잠금위치에 유지하도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스커플링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잠금플(6)은 상기 슬리브의 내벽에 의해 순간적으로 지탱하는 스터드(15)를 구비하고 상기 슬리브(13)는 평소에 상기 잠금볼(4)을 자유롭게 유지하는 턴아웃스플라인(5)을 구비하며, 상기 슬리브(13)의 축방향이동에 의해 상기 볼(4)이 상기 숫부재(1)내로 삽입맞물림에 의해 잠기고 상기 레버에 의해 상기 숫부재(1)의 잠김이 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스커플링.
