Abstract
본 발명은 불소고무 검의 유기 용매 용액, 아미노실란 화합물, 바람직하게는 부분적으로 가수분해되고 중합된 아미노실란 화합물과 알데히드 또는 케톤의 반응 생성물인 시프염기를 포함하는 불소고무 피복 조성물을 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 불소고무 100 중량부를 기준으로, (A) 아미노실란 또는 폴리아미노실록산 화합물을 알데히드 또는 케톤화합물과 반응시켜서 제조된 시프염기 2 내지 50 중량부 ; 및 (B) 산수용체 1 내지 30 중량부; 및, 총 조성물 중량을 기준으로 조성물이 총고체 함량이 10 내지 90%가 되도록 유기용매를 포함하는 불소고무 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 아민 가황제를 추가로 포함하는 불소고무 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아민 가황제가 불소고무 100 중량부당 0.5 내지 10 중량부의 양으로 조성물 중에 존재하는 불소고무 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 오르가노오늄 가황 촉진제를 추가로 포하마는 불소고무 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 폴리올 및 오르가노오늄 가황 촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 불소고무 피복 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 불소고무 100 중량부당 0.5 내지 10 중량부의 양으로 조성물중에 존재하며, 상기 오르가노오늄 화합물은 불소고무 100 중량부당 0.5 내지 10 중량부의 양으로 조성물중에 존재하는 불소고무 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 불소고무 100 중량부당 0.1 내지 10 중량부의 퍼옥사이드 가황제 및 불소고무 100 중량부당 1 내지 20 중량부의 보조제를 포함하는 불소고무 피복 조성물.
- 제1항의 불소고무 피복 조성물의 피복된 제품.
- 하기 (A) 및 (B)단계를 포함하여 피복 제품을 제조하는 방법: (A) 제1항의 불소고무 피복 조성물을 무기 기재의 표면에 도포하는 단계; 및 (B) 수득한 피복물이 소정의 경화도를 가질때까지 100 내지 300℃의 온도로 가열하는 단계.
- 하기 (A) 및 (B) 단계를 포함하여 피복 제품을 제조하는 방법 : (A) 제1항의 불소고무 피복 조성물을 무기 기재의 표면에 도포하는 단계; 및 (B) 수득한 피복된 기재를 불소고무 피복물을 경화시키기에 충분한 세기의 복사선으로 조사시키는 단계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
