Abstract

본 발명은 테트라알콕시실란 또는 그의 올리고머를 가수분해시킨 실란올기를 함유하는 실란 화합물(A)를 함유하는 매체(B)를 포함하고, (A)의 함량이 (B) 100중량부 당0.01∼100중량부인 표면 처리제를 사용하여, 옥외 물품의 소수성 합성 수지 도막 표면을 처리하여 박막을 형성시키는 옥외 물품의 처리방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 4과능 가수분해성 실란 화합물 또는 그의 올리고머를 가수분해하여 수득된 실란올기를 함유하는 실란 화합물(A), 또는 이 실란 화합물(A) 및 합성수지 막 형성 성분(C)를 매체(B)에 용해 내지 분산시켜 구성되며, 실란 화합물(A)의 함유량이 매체(B) 100중량부에 대해서 0.01∼100중량부인 표면 처리제를 사용하여 소수성 합성 수지 도막을 갖는 옥의 물품의 도막표면을 처리하여 이 도막표면에 실란 화합물(A) 또는 실란 화합물(A) 및 합성수지 막 형성 성분(C)로 형성된 박막을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 옥외 물품 표면의 처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 4관능 가수 분해성 실란 화합물이 테트라알콕시 실란인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 막 형성 성분(C)가 불소중합체인 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 처리제가 추가로 산 촉매 또는 완충제(D)를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매체(B)가 수성매체이고, 표면 처리제가 추가로 계면 활성제(E)를 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 합성수지 도막이 불소중합체 도료의 도막인 방법.
  7. 소수성 합성수지 도막을 갖는 옥외 물품의 도막 표면상에 하기 실란 화합물(A), 또는 하기 실란 화합물(A) 및 합성수지 막 형성 성분(C)를 함유하는 표면 처리제로 형성된 박막을 가지며, 실란 화합물(A)가 4관능 가수분해성 실란 화합물 또는 그의 올리고머를 가수분해시켜 수득된 실란올기를 함유하는 실란 화합물(A)인 옥외 물품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 4관능 가수분해성 실란 화합물이 테트라알콕시실란인 옥외 물품.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 소수성 합성수지 도막이 불소중합체 도료의 도막인 옥외 물품.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 박막의 막 두께가 0.01∼50㎛인 옥외 물품.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 실란 화합물(A)로 형성된 박막이 실란 화합물(A), 또는 실란 화합물(A) 및 합성수지 막 형성 성분(C)를 매질(B)에 용해 내지 분산시켜 구성되며, 실란 화합물(A)의 함량이 매질(B) 100중량부 당0.01∼100중량부인 표면 처리제를 소수성 합성수지 도막 표면에 도포하고 건조하여 수득된 박막인 옥외 물품.
  12. 제7항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 합성수지 막 형성 성분(C)가 불소중합체인 옥외 몰품.
