Abstract
하나 이상의 주표면, 내부 영역 및 주변부를 갖는 부직 연마 또는 세척 제품은 제1 및 제2의 크림핑된 스테이플 유기 열가소성 섬유의 올이 성긴 현가성 웹으로 이루어지며, 이 때 제1의 유기 열가소성 섬유는 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 구성되며, 상기 제2의 유기 열가소성 섬유는 상이한 열안정성을 갖는 둘 이상의 재료로 구성된다. 제1 및 제2의 크림핑된 유기 스테이플 열가소성 섬유는 접촉 지점중 적어도 일부에서 서로 용융-결합된다. 부직제품의 주표면의 제1 및 제2섬유중 적어도 일부는 이들에게로 결합된 연마성 피복을 갖고, 내부 영역의 제1 및 제2섬유 중 적어도 일부는 이들에게로 결합된 연마성 피복을 갖지 않아서, 이 구조는 사용되어야 하는 결합제의 양을 최소화시킨다.

제1도는 본 발명의 연마 패드를 제조하는데 유용한 방법 및 장치의 개략도이고;
제2도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된, 주변부 가장자리 밀봉이 없는 개별적인 패드의 사시도이고;
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된, 열-밀봉된 2개의 주변부 가장자리를 갖는 다른 개별적인 패드의 사시도이다.
Claims (7)
- 제1 및 제2의 크림핑된 스테이플 유기 열가소성 섬유외 올이 성긴 현가성 웹으로 이루어지며, 이 때 상기 제1의 유기 열가소성 섬유는 폴리아미드, 폴리올레빈 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 재료이고, 상기 제2의 유기 열가소성 섬유가 상이한 열안정성을 갖는 둘 이상의 재료이며, 제2의 크림핑된 스테이플 유기 열가소성 섬유의 열안정성이 낮은 성분의 열 안정성이 제1 섬유의 열 안정성보다 낮고, 제1의 유기 열가소성 섬유가 제 2의 유기 열가소성 섬유와 접촉하는 지점중 적어도 일부에서 상기 제1 및 제2 섬유가 서로 용융-결합되며, 부직 제품의 하나의 주표면의 제1 및 제2 섬유중 적어도 일부가 결합제 및 연마 입자를 포함하는 연마성 피복을 갖고, 내부 영역의 제1 및 제2 섬유중 적어도 일부가 연마성 피복을 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 주표면, 내부 영역 및 주변부를 갖는 부직 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섬유가 제2섬유의 열안정성이 낮은 성분의 융점보다 더 높은 융점을 갖는 폴리에스테르이고, 상기 제2섬유가 코어-시이드 섬유이며, 상기 시이드가 상기 코어 및 상기 제1 섬유보다 더 낮은 열안정성을 갖고, 상기 코어가 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2의 열가소성 섬유의 데니어가 15 내지 70 데니어인 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 이소시아네이트 수지, 이소시아누레이트 수지, 페놀성 수지, 에폭시 수지, 멜라민 수지, 우레아-포름알데히드 수지, 니스 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 주변부중 적어도 일부를 따라 밀봉되는 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 제품.
- (a) 제1 및 제2의 크림핑된 스테이플 열가소성 유기 섬유를 다수 배열하여 올이 성긴 현가성 웹을 제조하는 단계; (b) 제2의 크림핑된 스테이플 열가소성 유기 섬유의 열안정성이 낮은 성분이 제1의 크림핑된 스테이플 유기 열가소성 섬유와 접촉하는 지점중 적어도 일부에서 상기 열안정성이 낮은 성분을 용융시키기에 충분한 조건하에 올이 성긴 현가성 웹을 두어 웹선구체를 제조하는 단계; (c) 여전히 (b) 단계의 조건하에 두면서, (b) 단계의 웹 선구체의 로프트보다 작은 로프트를 나타내고 하나 이상의 주표면을 갖는 밀집화된 웹을 제조하기에 충분한 거리만큼 간격이 떨어진 대향하는 로울러 1세트 이상을 통해 (b) 단계의 웹 선구체를 통과시키는 단계; (d) 상기 밀집화된 웹에서 내부 영역을 제외한 하나 이상의 주표면중 적어도 일부에 연마 입자 및 결합제 선구물질 용액을 포함하는 결합제 선구물질 슬러리를 도포하는 단계; (e) 상기 결합제 선구물질 용액을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키고 부분 피복 및 부분 경화된 밀집화된 용융-결합된 웹을 제조하기에 충분한 조건하에 (d) 단계의 웹을 두는 단계; 및 (f) 제2섬유의 열안정성이 낮은 성분중 적어도 일부를 용융시키기에 충분한 온도하에 상기 (c) 단계의 부분 피복 및 부분 경화되고 밀집화된 용융-결합된 웹을 유지시켜, 부분 피복 및 부분 경화되고 밀집화된 용융-결합된 웹을 다시 부풀리는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 제1 및 제2의 크림핑된 스테이플 유기 열가소성 섬유의 웹을 포함하며; 상기 제1 유기 열가소성 섬유가 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하고; 상기 제2의 유기 열가소성 섬유가 상이한 열 안정성을 갖는 둘 이상의 재료를 포함하며; 상기 제1 및 제2필라멘트가 접촉 지점중 적어도 일부에서 서로 용융 결합되고; 부직 제품의 하나의 주표면의 제1 및 제2 섬유중 적어도 일부가 결합제 및 연마 입자를 포함하는 연마피복을 갖지 않는, 하나 이상의 주표면, 내부 영역 및 주변부를 갖는 부직 연마 또는 세척 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, (c) 단계 후, 그러나 (d) 단계 전에 용융-결합된 올이 성긴 현가성 웹을 주변부중 적어도 일부에서 열-밀봉시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
