제1도-제3도는 실시예 1,2 대조 A 각각에 따른 연마 휠(wheel)을 테스트하여 산출된 데이터로서 시간에 대한 테스트 유리표면에 표면거칠음도(Ra)를 플러트화한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 유기섬유의 2차원적 비직조 웨브와, (b) 웨브를 통해 분산되고, 상기 섬유에 부착된 면들을 연마하는데 적합한 연마물질 입자와, (c) 상기 웨브를 통해 분산되어 섬유에 결합된 무기연마 보조제와, (d) 접촉지점에서 섬유와 연마물질의 입자 및 무기연마 보조제를 섬유에 결합하는 결합제로 구성되며, 연마물질입자와 무기연마보조제가 각각 선택되어 연마입자 또는 무기연마보조제만을 단독으로 갖는 동일제품 보다 더빨리 표면을 연마할 수 있는 능력을 지닌 제품을 제공하는 것으로 특징짓는 유리 또는 세라믹표면을 연마하는데 특히 적합한 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 약 200kg/㎥-약 850kg/㎡의 밀도를 갖는 휠의 형태인것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 두개 또는 그이상의 웨브디스크의 라미네이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 웨브의 나선형으로 감겨 결합된 스트립을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비직조 섬유웨브는 필라멘트 하나당 약 6- 약 200데니어의 주름이 있는 배향된 스태플 합성섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비직조 섬유웨브는 약 0.1mm- 약 3mm의 직경을 지닌 고수득강도의 팔라멘트형성 유기열가소성 물질의 3차원적 파상형 연속 필라멘트 다량을 함유하며, 인접필라멘트들은 상호 결합되어 서로 접촉될 때 자동적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기연마보조제는 칼륨 플루오보레이트, 희귀토산화물, 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 연마물질:결합제 수지비는 약 1:1- 약 3.5:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 무기연마보조제:결합수지의 중량비는 약 1:40-약 1:4인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 무기연마보조제:결합제 수지의 중량비는 약 1:25-약 1:8인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
