Abstract

액체, 특히 멘스와 같은 체액을 흡수하기 위한 흡수재가 제안되었다. 제안된 흡수재는 일회용이며 포장부를 구비하고 있다. 탄성 재료는 하부 시트에 안착되며 하부 시트로부터 포장부를 분리하기 전까지 실질적으로 인장된 상태에서 보유된다. 하부 시트로부터 포장부를 분리하는 경우에, 탄성 재료의 인장이 해제되어 일회용 흡수재가 상방향으로 향하는 컵형상을 형성하게 되어 착용자의 신체에 밀접하게 들어 맞는다.

제6도는 포장부를 제거한 생리용 냅킨 도면.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 제1면과 제2면을 갖는 흡수성 코아와, (b) 상기 흡수성 코아의 상기 제1면을 덮어 씌우며 안착된 액체 투과성 상부시트와, (c) 상기 흡수성 코아의 상기 제2면을 덮어 씌우며 안착된 액체 비투과성 하부 시트와 (상기 하부 시트의 노출면은 접착층을 포함한다), (d) 상기 하부 시트의 노출면의 부분을 포함하는 접착부를 덮기 위한 포장부 (상기 포장부는 상기 접착부에 의하여 상기 하부 시트에 해제가 능하도록 부착되어있다)를 특징으로 하는 제각기 포장된 일회용 흡수성 물품에 있어서, 상기 포장부가 상기 하부 시트에 부착되어 있는 동안에 실질적으로 플레이너 형상으로 유지되고, 상기 포장부가 상기 하부 시트로부터 분리되는 경우에 상방향으로 향하는 컵 형상을 형성하는 상기 흡수성 물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 시트의 노출면에 안착된 탄성 재료를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 재료에 대하여 해제가능하도록 고정 안착된 리스트레인트 재료를 더 구비하며, 상기 리스트레인트 재료는 상기 하부 시트로 부터 상기 포장부를 분리하기 전까지 실질적으로 인장된 상태에서 상기 탄성 재료를 보유함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포장부는 상기 하부 시트로 부터 상기 포장부를 분리하기 전까지 실질적으로 인장된 상태에서 상기 탄성 재료를 보유함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 포장부의 내부로 향하는 면에 인착된 견고성 부재를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 시트의 내부로 향하는 면에 안착된 탄성 재료를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 재료는 상기 흡수성 코아에 안착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 포장부는 상기 하부 시트로부티 상기 포장부를 분리하기 전까지 실질적으로 인장된 상태에서 상기 탄성 재료를 보유함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
  9. 제6항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포장부의 내부로 향하는 면에 안착된 견고성 부재를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개봉하기 까지 상기 일회용 흡수재를 안정된 상태로 유지하기 위하여, 상기 포장부의 노출면에 안착된 부착탭을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수재.
