Abstract
본 발명은 벨트 또는 체인 구동부용 인장시스템에 관한 것이다. 공지된 인장장치들은 피보트 동작을 감쇠시키기 위해 플라스틱 마찰 부상을 구비하여 온도 효과에 의해 약영향이 미칠 때 마찰계수를 변화시킨다. 본 발명은 목적은 마찰 코팅이 전체 사용 수명동안 거의 일정한 마찰 모멘트를 유지하는 인장시스템을 제공하는데 있다. 이같은 목적을 위해, 본 발명에 따르는 기본부(2)는, 유기 재료로 구성된 우너형 디스크 형태의 베이스(5)에 접촉하여 마찰 디스크가 지지되며 샤프트(7)에 의해 연결되고 피보트 작동을 수행하는 인장부(9)에 대해 회전 고정된다.

Claims (5)
- 고정 기본부(2)를 지니며, 특히 내연기관에 사용되는, 벨트 또는 체인 구동부용 마찰 감쇠 인장시스템으로서, 상기 고정 기본부(2)는 피봇가능한 인장부(9)가 지지되며 기본부(2)와 인장부(9) 사이에서 상호간에 대해 2개의 모든 구성부를 조이고 회전시키는 스프링이 사용되는 슬리브(6)를 포함하며, 인장부(9)의 작동 동작을 감쇠시키기 위해 스프링(13)의 힘 방향으로 작동되는 마찰요소가 제공되며, 마찰 디스크(10)가 마찰 요소의 인장부(9)에 항 비틀림 방식으로 연결될때만 축방력이 작용하여, 마찰 디스크(10)가 마찰코팅(18)에 의해 기본부(2)상에 접촉하며, 상기 마찰 코팅이 유기재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로하는 마찰 감쇠 인장시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흑연―듀로플라스틱―미가황고무 주성분 무석면 마찰재료가 마찰코팅(18)으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로하는 마찰 감쇠 인장시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마찰코팅(18)이 기하학적으로 환형 디스크 형태를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 감쇠 인장시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기본부(2)의 원통형 표면(3)이 마찰 디스크(10)를 축방 및 반경방향으로 덮고있는 것을 특징으로하는 마찰 감쇠 인장시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 샤프트(7)가 적어도 하나의 니이들 크라운에 의해 롤러 베어링에 의해 슬리브(6)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 감쇠 인장시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
