Abstract

본 발명의 비틀림 감쇠장치는 2개의 공축체(1)(2)와, 상기 공축체 사이에서 작용하며 상기 제1공축체(1)의 중앙허브(16)를 둘러싸는 마찰장치(5)를 포함한다.
본 마찰장치(5)는 상기 공축체(1)(2)중 하나에 달려 있는 제1마찰표면(62)과 접촉할수 있도록 적어도 일면에 고정된 마찰링(51)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 탄성물질요소(50)를 포함하는 단일조립체이다. 본 단일 조립체(5)는 제1마찰표면(62)과 나머지 공축체(2)(1)에 고정되 제2표면(61)의 사이에 반경방향으로 협지되도록 개재된다. 본 발명은 자동차용 토션댐퍼에 이용가능한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 이중감쇠식 플라이취일 형태의 토션댐퍼(torsion damper)의 절반에 대한 축방향 단면도.
제2도는 제1도의 화살표(2)방향에서 본 부분도로서 제1도의 덮개판과 환상판을 생략하였음.
제3도는 제1도의 마찰장치의 축방향 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 원주방향 작용식탄성수단(4)의 힘을 극복하고 하나가 다른 하나에 대해 회전할수 있도록 장착된 2개의 공축부품(1)(2)과 이 공축 부품사이에서 작용하는 마찰장치(5)를 포함하는 종류로서 상기 부품중 하나는 중앙허브(16)를 갖는 제1회전체(1)를 포함하고 상기 부품중 다른 하나는 상기 중앙허브(16)를 부분적으로 둘러싸는 외측허브(29)(129)(229)를 내주면에 달고 있는 판재(20)를 갖는 제2회전체(20)를 포함하며 상기 외측허브와 상기 중앙허브(16)사이에는 감마베어링수단(3)이 반경방향으로 배치되고, 상기 마찰장치(5)는 상기 중앙허브(16)를 둘러싸도록 된 주록 자동차에 사용하기 위한 비틀림 감쇠장치로서, 상기 바찰장치(5)는 탄성물질로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 요소(50)(150)를 함하는 단일 마찰조립체를 형성하며, 상기 탄성물질 요소는 제1마찰표면(62)과 마찰접촉가능한 마찰링(52)의 표면상에 고정배치된 적어도 하나의 외주면을 구비하되 상기 제1마찰표면은 대체로 축방향으로 배향되고 제1회전체(1)나 제2회전체(2)중 어느 하나에 대하여 고정되는것과; 상기 단일조립체(5)는 상기 제1마찰표면(62)과 대체로 축방향으로 배향되고 상기 회전체(2)(1)중 나머지 하나에 대해 고정된 제2표면사이에 반경방향 협지관계로 개재되는 것을특징으로 하는 비틀림감쇠장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마찰링(52)은 분할된 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면중 하나 (62)는 중앙허브(16)의 외주면상에 형성되고, 나머지 표면(61)(161)(261)은 상기 외측허브(29)(129)(229)에 대해서 고정된것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단일 마찰조립체(5)는 적어도 하나의 탄성물질요소(50)(150)와, 상기 제2표면(62)및 제1마찰표면(61)(161)(261)과 각기 마찰접촉하기 위하여 상기 탄성요소의 각 외주면에 각기 결합된 마찰링(51)(52)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성물질 요소는 개구(53)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 개구(53)는 타원형상의 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성물질요소(50)는 반경방향 슬롯(54)에 의해 분할된것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단일 마찰조립체(5)는 그것의 외주면에 결합된 연속링(51)과 그것의 내주면에 결하된 분할링(52)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 내측링(52)은 상기 외측링(51)보다 큰 두께를 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
  10. 제5항에 있어서 상기 탄성물질요소는 상기 외측허브(29)의 일부인 횡단 표면(63)과 국부적으로 접촉할수 있도록 그것의 외주면에서의 축방향 두께가 증가하며 상기 내측링(52)은 상기 외측링(51)에 대하여 축방향으로 편위된것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 감쇠장치.
