Abstract

기본 중량에 의해 서로 구분되는 2개의 영역을 가진 셀롤로즈 섬유상 구조물. 제1영역은 필수적으로 연속적인 높은 기본 중량의 망상 조직이다. 제2영역은 다수의 불연속적인 낮은 기본 중량 영역을 포함한다. 다수의 제2영역을 형성하는 셀룰로즈 섬유는 각각의 영역내에서 일반적으로 방사상으로 배향된다. 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물은 흐름 저항성의 특정한 비로 배열된, 흐름 저항성이 상이한 대역을 가진 성형 벨트에 의해 제조될 수 있다. 상기 벨트의 상이한 대역을 통해 액체 담체를 방사상 흐름 패턴으로 선택적으로 배수시키기 위한 흐름 저항성이 상이한 대역이 제공된다.

제2A1내지 2D3도는 각각 알파벳으로 표지화된 일련의 도면에서, 각각의 일련의 도면을 순서대로 검사함에 따라 2개의 기본 중량 구조물에 대한 경향이 증가하는 것으로 나타나고 각각 알파벳으로 표지화된 도면에서 하첨자로 표시한 도면을 순서대로 검사함에 따라 방사상이 증가하는 것으로 나타난, 작은 기본 중량 영역과 높은 기본 중량 영역사이의 기본 중량 차이 범위를 갖는 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물의 상면 현미경 사진이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물을 제조하는데 사용할 수 있는 장치의 개략적인 측면 입면도이다.
제5도는 제4도의 라인(5―5)을 따라 절개한, 돌출부를 관통하는 개구부를 가진 성형 요소의 단편적인 측면 입면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 필수적으로 연속적인 망상 조직을 포함하는 비교적 높은 기본 줄양의 제1영역; 및 비교적 낮은 기본 중량의 서로 비연속적인 다수의 제2영역으로서, 상기 제1영역으로 제한되고, 실질적으로 방사상으로 배향된 다수의 섬유로 이루어지며, 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물내 낮은 기본 중량 영역 전체 수의 적어도 약 10% 보다 바람직하게는 적어도 약 20%를 차지하는 상기 제2영역을 포함하는, 비랜덤한 반복 패턴으로 배치된 적어도 2개의 영역을 포함하는 단일 박층 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 높은 기본 중량 영역의 상기 기본 중량이 상기 낮은 기본 중량 영역의 상기 기본 중량보다 적어도 25%큼을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비교적 높은 기본 중량의 상기 제1영역이 서로 상이한 밀도를 가진 높은 기본중량 영역을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 3개의 영역을 포함하는 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물.
  4. 제1내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 낮은 기본 중량 영역의 상기 방사상으로 배향된 섬유가 상기 낮은 기본 중량 영역의 적어도 4개의 사분면 모양으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물.
  5. 비랜덤한 반복 패턴으로 배치된 적어도 2개의 영역, 즉 필수적으로 연속적인 하증을 갖는 망상 조직의 제1영역; 및 단위 면적당 상기 제1영역보다 적은 섬유를 갖는 서로 불연속적인 다수의 제1영역(이때, 각각으 제2영역내에 있는 상기 보다 적은 섬유는 상기 제2영역을 상기 제1영역에 방사상으로 결합시킨다)을 포함하는 단일 박층 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물.
  6. 액체 담체중에 현탁된 다수의 셀룰로즈 섬유를 제공하는 단계, 액체 투과성 대역을 갖는 섬유 보유성 성형 요소를 제공하는 단계, 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유 및 상기 담체를 상기 성형 요소상에 부착시키기 위한 수단을 제공하는 단계, 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유 및 상기 담체를 상기 성형 요소상에 부착시키는 단계, 및 동시에 일어나는 2개 단계, 즉 높은 유속 단계 및 낮은 유속 단계(이때, 상기 높은 유속 단계 및 상기 낮은 유속 단게는 서로 상이한 초기 질량 유속을 가짐으로써 상기 낮은 유속 단계에서의 상기 섬유는 실질적으로 방사상으로 배향된 패턴으로 중심을 향해 배수되어, 상기 높은 유속 단계에서 형성된 영역보다 비교적 낮은 기본 중량을 가지며 상기 높은 유속 단계에서 형성된 영역으로 제한된 다수의 불연속적인 영역을 형성한다)로 상기 성형 요소를 통해 상기 액체 담체를 배수시키는 단계를 포함하는, 비랜덤한 반복 패턴으로 배치된 2개의 영역을 갖는 단일 박층 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 낮은 유속 단계에서 상기 액체 담체를 배수시키는 상기 단계가, 상기 방사상으로 배향된 셀룰로즈 섬유로 선택된 대역을 폐쇄함으로써 시간의 함수로 변함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 액체 운반 셀룰로즈 섬유를 배수시킬 수 있는 대역을 가진 액체 투과성 섬유 보유성 성형 요소; 및 상기 성형 요소상에 셀룰로즈 섬유를 2개의 상이한 기본 중량을 갖는 2개의 영역(이때, 상기 두 영역은 필수적으로 연속적인 망상 조직의 높은 기본 중량 제1영역 및 실질적으로 방사상으로 배향된 섬유를 가진 낮은 기본 중량의 불연속적인 다수의 제2영역을 포함한다)의 비랜덤한 반복 패턴으로 보유하기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 바람직하게는 상기 보유 수단이 상기 액체를 운반하는 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유를 배수시킬 수 있는, 상이한 수압 반경을 가진 대역을 포함하는, 비랜덤한 반복 패턴으로 배치된 적어도 2개의 서로 상이한 기본 중량을 가진 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물을 제조하기 위한 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보유 수단이 다공성 액체 투과성 보강 구조물 및, 방사상으로 분할되어 방사상으로 배향된 상기 단편 중간에 있는 다수의 환형부를 한정함을 특징으로 하는 각각의 돌출부의 인접 단부에서 상기에 결합되고 각각의 돌출부의 유리된 단부로 외부로 연장된 패턴화된 배열의 돌출부를 포함하고, 바람직하게는, 상기 방사상으로 배향된 돌출부의 상기 방사상 단편이 상기 돌출부의 중심에서 불연속적임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 액체를 운반하는 셀룰로즈 섬유를 배수시킬 수 있는 대역을 가진 액체 투과성 섬유 보유성 성형 소; 및, 각각의 돌출부의 인접 단부에서 상기에 연결되고 각각의 돌출부의 유리된 단부로 외부로 연장된 패턴화된 배열의 돌출부(이때, 상기 돌출부는 제1수압 반경을 갖는 환형부에 의해 서로 분리되고, 이를 관통하여 흐르고 제2수압 반경에 대한 상기 제1수압 반경의 비가 1보다 큰, 바람직하게는 1.5 보다 큰 상기 제2수납 반경을 가지며, 보다 바람직하게는 16 내지 47개의 돌출부/㎠를 갖는다)를 포함하는, 비랜덤한 반복 패턴으로 배치된 적어도 2개의 서로 상이한 기본 중량을 갖는 셀룰로즈 섬유상 구조물을 제조하기 위한 장치.
