Abstract

PURPOSE: Title spinneret assembly in which the polymer paths are arranged so that different polymer components can meet at the upper part of nozzles of the spinneret under specific states, thus forming conjugate fibers with deep-cut cross section pattern in spite of its simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: On each nozzle inlet are placed bottomed inlet pipe 5 in which fine holes 8 for extruding second polymer are arranged in axis symmetry and simultaneously slits 10 for introducing first polymer are arranged between fine holes 8. The end of the fine holes 8 leads to shit 9 on the out surface of the wall. The second polymer from the center is divided and extruded outward and the first polymer is introduced from slits 9 on the out surface of pipe 5 so that it fills the gaps of the divided second polymer. The two polymers met for the first time on the upper part of nozzle 2 of the spinneret 1 and are extruded out, thus forming conjugate fiber with deep cut cross section pattern.
