Abstract

본 발명은 4 내지 18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 함유하는 O,O-디알킬디 티오인산과, 장쇄의 불포화된 일가 알콜 또는 이러한 일가 알콜과 에틸렌 산화물 및(또는)프로필렌 산화물의 부가 생성물과의 부가물에 관한 것이다. 상기 부가물은 금속이 부재하고 가수분해에 안정한, 윤활제를 위한 내마모 첨가제로서 적합하다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 O,O-디알킬디티오인산과 a)요오드값이 45내지 180인, 10내지 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 일가 알콜, 및 b)에틸렌 산화물 및(또는) 프로필렌 산화물과 요오드값이 30내지 160인, 10내지 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 일가 알콜과의 부가 생성물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 불포화된 화합물과의 부가물의 윤활제를 위한 내마모 첨가제로서의 용도.
    (R1O)(R2O)P(S)-SH (I)
    식중, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 또는 상이하고 4내지 18개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 4내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기인 부가물의 용도.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 4내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기인 부가물의 용도.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 4내지 이소부틸, 이소아밀 또는 2-에틸헥실기인 부가물의 용도.
  5. 16내지 22개의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화된 지방 알콜과의 제1항 내지 4항 중 한 항에 의한 부가물.
  6. 에틸렌 산화물 및(또는)프로필렌 산화물의 16내지 22개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 불포화된 지방 알콜과의 부가 생성물과의 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 부가물.
  7. 수혼화성 또는 수불혼화성 냉각 윤활제 중의 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 부가물의 용도.
  8. 수화성 유체 중의 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 부가물의 용도.
  9. 윤활 오일 중의 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 부가물의 용도.
  10. 하기 일반식(I)의 O,O-디알킬디티오인산과 a)요오드값이 45내지 180인, 10내지 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 일가 알콜, 및 b)에틸렌 산화물 및(또는) 프로필렌 산화물과 요오드값이 30내지 160인, 10내지 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 일가 알콜과의 부가 생성물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 불포화된 화합물과의 부가물.
