Claims (14)

  1. 제일철 금속과 접촉하는 작용 액체 및 부식 방지 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 유도체 1 개 이상뿐만 아니라 그의 염을 포함하는 조성물.
    상기식에서,
    R1, R2및 R3은 독립적으로 수소, C1-C15직쇄, 또는 측쇄 알킬잔기, C5-C12시클로알킬 잔기, C6-C15아릴잔기 또는 C7-C12아르알킬 잔기이고,
    R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소, 2-히드록시에틸 또는 2-히드록시프로필기이며, 단
    a) R4및 R5는 동시에 수소가 아니고,
    b) R4및 R5각각이 -CH2-CH2-OH일때, R1및 R2는 동시에 수소가 아니고, 또 R3은 펜틸 잔기가 아니며, 또
    c) 폴리알킬렌 페놀 또는 폴리카르복시산 에스테르 공 첨가제는 존재하지 않는다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 존재하는 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 양이 작용 액체의 중량 기준으로0.01내지 5중량% 범위인 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 작용 액체가 윤활유, 정제된 색유제품 또는 유압액인 조성물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 윤활유가 광유인 조성물.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 광유가 증기 터어빈 오일인 조성물.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 윤활유가 1 개 또는 그 이상의 항산화제, 금속탈활성제, 녹 방지제, 점도 증진제, 유동점 억제제, 분산제, 세정제, 극압 및 내마모 첨가제를 또한 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)를 갖는 화합물 또는 그의 유도체.
    상기식에서
    R1, R2및 R3은 독립적으로 수소, C1-C15직쇄, 또는 측쇄 알킬잔기, C5-C12시클로알킬 잔기, C6-C15또는 C7-C12아르알킬 잔기이고,
    R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소, 2-히드록시에틸 또는 2-히드록시프로필기이며, 단
    a) R1, R2및 R3중 1 개 또는 그 이상이 C1-C15알킬일때, R4또는 R5가 수소인 화합물 ;
    b) R4및 R5가 각각 -CH2CH(OH)CH3일때, R1및 R|2가 수소이고, R3이 수소 또는 4-CH2CH(CH3)2인 화합물, 및
    c) R4및 R5가 각각 -CH2CH2OH일때, R1이 수소이고, R2는 수소 또는 메틸이며, 또 R3이 수소 또는 이소프로필인 화합물 ;
    d) R1, R2및 R3이 동시에 수소인 화합물은 제외된다.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, R1, R2및 R3이 독립적으로 C3-C15측쇄 알킬잔기인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서, R3이 수소이고, R1및 R2가 동일한 C3-C|15측쇄 알킬 잔기인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  10. 제 7 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 수소이고, R3이 페놀 고리의 산소원자에 대해 메타 또는 파라위치의 C3-C15직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 잔기이며, R4및 R5가 2-히드록시에틸 또는 2-히드록시프로필 잔기인 화합물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, R3이 C9직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 잔기인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  12. 제 8 항에 있어서, R1,R2및 R3이 각각 iC3H7인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  13. 제 8 항에 있어서, C3-C15측에 알킬 잔기인 R1,R2또는 R3이 프로필, 부틸, 아밀, 옥틸, 노닐 또는 도데실인 화합물
  14. 작용 액체내 부식 방지제로서의 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 용도.
