Abstract
모듈러 통신 시스템이 사전 선택된 스탠다드에 따라 무선통신을 위해 구성된다. 모듈러유닛(131)은 무선 네트워크와의 통신링크를 만들기 위해 다른 전자장비(200)내에 고정되도록 적용된다.
모듈러 통신유닛(131)은 그속에 무선 송수신기(36)을 장착하기 위한 한 하우징을 포함한다. 이 하우징은 첫번째 단부(133)을 따라 배열된 다수의 접촉(41A 및 41B)MF 포함하며, 이들 접촉(41A 및 41B)는 전자장비(200)내의 접촉(104)들과 접속되도록 적용되고, 적어도 하나의 무선코넥터(51)이 하우징의 두번째 마주하는 단부를 따라 배치되며 하우징내의 무선 송수신기(36)으로 연결되어 이에 의해 무선 송수신기(36)이 안테나(140)에 결합될 수 있어서, 이로부터의 통신을 가능하게 한다.

제4도는 제3도에서 도시된 모듈러 유닛의 정면도로서 상기 모듈러 유닛으로의 핀연결을 도시한 도면,
제5도는 제3도의 모듈러 유닛 매녕도러서 안테나 또는 파워 코넥터를 설명하는 도면,
제6도는 제3도의 모듈러 유닛 단면도로서 6-6선 단면도.
Claims (31)
- 전자장비와의 전기적 상호연결과 이로부터 신호를 수신하기 위해 첫번째 단부를 따라 배치된 시스템 코넥터를 포함하는 한하우징; 상기 하우징내에 장착되 상기 시스템 코넥터에 결합된 무선송수신기; 그리고 이같은 무선 송수신기가 사전에 선택된 통신 스탠다드에 따라 상기 무선 네트워크와의 상기 전자장비로부터의 신호통신을 위해 특별히 적용됨을 포함하는 무선 네트워크로의 통신링크를 구축하기 위한 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템 코넥터가 상기 하우징의 첫번째 단부를 따라 배치되고, 상기 장비내에 배치된 결합 코넥터와의 접속을 위하도록된 다수의 접촉을 포함하는 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 한 단부를 따라 배치되며 하우징내의 무선 송수신기에 연결되어 상기 무선 송수신기로부터의 통신을 가능하게 하기 위한 한 안테나 코넥터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 안테나 코넥터가 상기 하우징의 두번째 단부를 따라 배치되며 상기 하우징으로 고정된 안테나로의 결합하도록 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 정자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장비가 그속에 장착된 한 안테나를 포함하며 상기 하우징이 상기 안테나와의 연결을 위해 적용된 한 안테나 코넥터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 안테나 코넥터가 상기 하우징의 첫번째 단부상에서 상기 시스템 코넥터에 인접하여 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 전류를 공급하기 위해 외부 전원으로의 결합을 위한 한 파워 코넥터를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유닛에서의 파워 코넥터가 상기 시스템 코넥터에 인접하여 하우징의 첫번째 단부상에 배치된 접촉들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 정자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자장비가 개인용 컴퍼를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자장비가 셀룰러 전화기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자장비가 한 내장 안테나를 가지는 개인용 컴퓨터를 포함하며, 상기 안테나가 동축 코넥터에 의해 상기 무선 송수신기로 연결되고, 상기 모듈러 유닛이 전력의 공급을 위해 한 전원으로 결합시키기 위한 한 코넥터를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 사전 선택된 스탠다드에 따라 통신하도록 구성된 무선송수신기를 장착하기 위한 하우징; 상기 하우징의 첫번째 단부를 따라 배치되고 전자장비내 한 코넥터와의 접촉을 이루도록 적용된 다수의 접촉; 그리고 상기 하우징의 한 단부를 따라 배치되며 상기 하우징내 무선송수신기로 연결된 적어도 하나의 무선 코넥터로서 한 안테나로 결합되어 상기 무선 송수신기로부터의 통신을 가능하도록 하기 위한 무선 코넥터를 포함하는 전자장비로부터의 통신을 가능하게 하기 위한 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제12항에 있어서, 한 안테나 구조를 더욱더 포함하며, 상기 무선 코넥터가 상기 하우징의 두번째 단부를 따라 고정되며 외향으로 배치된 상기 안테나 구조에 결합된 한 동축 안테나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 모듈의 유닛이 전류의 공급을 위해 파워 유닛으로의 결합을 위한 한 파워 코넥터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 모듈의 파워 코넥터가 상기 유닛으로의 추가의 전력을 결합시키기 위해 상기다수의 접촉에 인접하여 배치된 확대된 접촉을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 모듈러 유닛.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 장비가 그속에 장착된 한 안테나를 포함하며, 상기무선 코넥터가 상기 하우징의 두번째 단부상에 장착되어 상기 장비내에 배치된 상기 안테나와 상기 무선 송수신기 사이의 연결을 가능하게함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 모듈러 통신유닛.
- 제16항에 있어서, 코넥터가 첫번째 단부를 따라 배치되는 한 슬롯부분을 갖도록 전자장비가 구성되며, 상기 슬롯부분이 그속에서 상기 하우징을 수용하도록 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 모듈러 유닛.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 전자장비의 슬롯부분이 상기 하우징을 그속에 고정시키기 위해 슬롯 부분의 두번째 마주하는 단부를 따라 한 폐쇄부재를 포함하며, 상기 장비내에 배치된 상기 안테나가 상기 폐쇄부재를 통해 상기 무선 코넥터로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 모듈러 유닛.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전자장비가 내장 안테나를 가지는 개인용 컴퓨터를 포함하며, 상기 안테나가 동축 코넥터에 의해 무선 송수신기에 연결되고, 상기 모듈러 유닛이 외부전원으로 결합시키기 위한 한 코넥터를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 모듈러 유닛.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 개인용 컴퓨터와 셀룰러 전화기 모두를 수용하도록 적용되며 이들로의 전기적 연결을 하도록 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 모듈러 유닛.
- 송수신기가 수용된 모듈러 통신유닛을 제공하고, 상기 통신유닛의 첫번째 단부상에 결합 코넥터를 배치시키며, 사전 선택된 스탠다드에 따라 통신을 위해 상기 송수신기를 프로그램하고, 상기 장비에 따라 통신유닛 장착구조를 제공하며, 상기 결합 코넥터의 접속을 위해 장착구조내에 정합 코넥터를 배치시고, 상기 통신유닛으로의 연결을 위해 안테나를 제공하며, 그리고 상기 통신 유닛의 결합 코넥터를 상기 장착구조의 정합 코넥터내로 끼워넣어 이들 사이에서 전기적 통신과 전자장비로 부터의 통신을 구축하도록 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비로부터의 통신을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 통신유닛 장착구조를 제공하는 상기 단계가 상기 장비내에 한 슬롯을 형성하고 상기 정합 코넥터를 상기 결합 코넥터의 속박을 위해 상기 슬롯내의 한 위치에 배치시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비로부터의 통신을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 통신 유닛상에 적어도 하나의 무선 코넥터를 제공하며, 상기 통신유닛의 한 단부를 따라 상기 무선 코넥터를 배치시키고, 그리고 상기 무선 코넥터를 상기 안테나에 결합시키는 단계를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비로 부터의 통신을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 통신유닛의 한 단부를 따라 상기 무선 코넥터를 배치시키는 상기 단계가 상기 결합 코넥터에 인접하여 상기 유닛의 첫번째 단부를 따라 무선 코넥터를 고정시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비로부터의 통신을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 통신유닛의 한 단부를 따라 무선코넥터를 배치시키는 상기 단부가 상기 유닛의 두번째 단부를 따라 상기 무선코넥터를 배치시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비로부터의 통신을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 안테나를 제공하는 단계가 상기 안테나를 상기 장비내에 장착하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자장비로부터의 통신을 제공하기 위한 방법.
