제1도는 본 발명에 따른 FLOIL 유전자의 제한 효소 분해 지도, 도면에서, 각각의 제한 효소의 분해 부위는 AccI에 대하여는 Ac, Bg1II에 대하여는 Bg, EcoRV에 대하여는 RV, KpnI에 대하여는 K 및 PvuII에 대하여는 Pv으로 나타낸다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 FLOIS 유전자의 제한효소 분해지도, 도면에서, 각각의 제한효소의 분해 부위는 AccI에 대하여는 Ac, BgIII에 대하여는 Bg, EcoRV에 대하여는 RV, KPnI에 대하여는 K 및 PvvⅡ에 대하여는 Pv으로 나타낸다.

Claims (7)
- 응집 활성을 나타내는 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 효모의 4.7±0.2kb의 응집 유전자.
- 응집 활성을 나타내는 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 효모의 2.6±0.2kb의 응집 유전자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효모 사카로마이세스 세레비지아로부터 유래하고 제1도에 나타낸 제한 효소 분해 지도로 정의되는 응집 유전자.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 서열 리스트의 서열 번호 1에 나타낸 아미노산 서열을 실질적으로 코딩하는 응집 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 효모 사카로마이세스 세레비지아로부터 유래하고 제2도에 나타낸 제한효소 분해 지도로 정의되는 응집 유전자.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 서열 리스트의 서열 번호2에 나타낸 아미노산 서열을 실질적으로 코딩하는 응집 유전자.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 응집 유전자를 함유하며 응집성을 갖는 효모.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
