Abstract

본 발명은 가공해야 할 작업물(3)의 다수의 저널부(3b)를 작업물의 아래쪽 및 절삭방향의 반대쪽으로부터 다수의 지지부재(6,7)에 의해 각각 지지하게 한 캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치에 있어서, 상기 지지부재 중에서 작업물을 아래쪽으로부터 지지하는 지지부재(6)의 지지면을 작업물을 절삭방향의 반대쪽으로부터 지지하는 다른 지지부재(7)쪽으로 경사시키고, 상기 지지부재의 위쪽에 작업물을 위쪽으로부터 누르는 클램프아암(13)을 갖춘 조임기구(10)를 설치함으로써 구성된 것에 관한 것이다.

캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치(Work support structure for camshaaft miller)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치의 정면도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선에 따른 단면도이며,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치의 한 실시예의 평면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 가공해야할 작업물의 다수의 저널부를 작업물의 아래쪽 및 절삭방향의 반대쪽으로부터 다수의 지지부재에 의해 각각 지지하게 한 캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치에 있어서, 상기 각각의 지지부재 중에서 작업물을 아래쪽으로부터 지지하는 지지부재의 지지면을 작업물을 절삭방향의 반대쪽으로 부터 지지하는 다른 지지부재쪽으로 경사시키고, 상기 지지부재의 위족에 작업물을 위쪽으로부터 누르는 클램프아암을 갖는 조임기구를 설치하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캠축절삭기의 작업물 지지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 작업물을 아래쪽으로부터 지지하는 지지부재의 지지면에 경사각도를 10° 내지 20°로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램프아암의 선단에 작업물에 맞닿는 롤러를 회전이 자유롭게 받쳐주고, 이러한 롤러의 외주면에 윤활유를 도포하는 도포부재를 설치하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램프아암을 회전시키는 클램프실린더에 약한 조임용 전자기적 밸브 및 강한 조임용 전자기적 밸브에 의해 압력이 달라지는 유압을 공급할 수 있게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캠축절삭기의 작업물지지장치.
