Abstract

본 발명은, 폴라보노이드-3′,5′-수산화효소 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코드하는 DNA, 이 DNA를 함유하는 재조합체 DNA 및 이 재조합체 DNA로 식물을 형질 전환함으로써 본래 갖고 있지 않은 색소 패턴을 갖는 식물에 관한 것이다.

제 1 도는 공지의 시토크롬 P450 아미노산 배열의 80% 이상이 갖고 있는 코어배열이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 플라보노이브-3′,5′-수산화효소 활성을 가지며, 배열번호 1, 배열번호 63 또는 배열번호 64로 표시된 아미노산 배열로 나타나는 폴리펩티드를 코드하는 DNA 또는 이와 하이브리드화 하는 DNA.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, DNA의 일부의 염기 배열이 삭제 또는 다른 염기 배열로 치환된 DNA.
  3. 제1 또는 2항의 DNA를 백터 DNA에 조입하여서된 재조합체 DNA.
  4. 제 3 항의 재조합체 DNA를 보유하는 식물세포 또는 식물.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 식물이 장미속, 니코티아나속, 페튜니어속 또는 술패랭이 꽃속에 속하는 식물인 식물세포 또는 식물.
  6. 50℃에서 2×SSC(0.3 M염화나트륨, 0.03M시트르산 나트륨, pH 7.0)중에서 배열번호 1, 배열번호 63 또는 배열번호 64로 표시된 염기 배열로 나타나는 DNA와 하이드브리화할 수 있는 DNA .
  7. 플라보노이드-3′,5′-수산화효소 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코드하는 DNA 단편과 벡터 DNA 단편으로써 재조합체 DNA를 식물에 보유시켜, 이 폴리펩티드를 코드하는 DNA의 유전 정보에 의한 색소를 발현하는 능력을 갖는, 식물을 육성시켜 얻어진 이 식물을 채취함을 특징으로 하는 식물의 제조법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 폴라보노이드-3′,5′-수산화효소 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코드하는 DNA 단편이 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 DNA인 식물의 제조법.
  9. 배열번호 2로부터 배열번호 29까지 표시한 염기배열을 갖는 DNA.
  10. 제 9 항의 DNA와 3′말단 8 염기의 배열이 일치하는 DNA.
  11. 제9 또는 10항의 DNA를 프라이머로 한 폴리머라아제 연쇄 반응 (PCR)법에 의하여, 시토크롬 P450효소의 헴결합 영역의 아미노산 배열을 코드하는 유전자 단편을 증폭단리하는 방법.
