Abstract

본 발명에 따라, 합성 또는 천연고무와 혼합된 아스팔트와 가황제를 혼합한 아스팔트 조성물이 제공된다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 아스팔트 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다. 바람직하게는, 고무는 폐타이어 또는 폐튜브로부터 수득된다.

Claims (17)

  1. a) 아스팔트 현탁액 중에 입자가 부유하도록 160 내지 200℃에서 아스팔트와 합성 또는 천연고무입자를 혼합하는 단계; b) 약 220 내지 260℃로 승온하는 단계; c) 고압하에서 공기를 주입하는 단계; d)혼합물을 균질화 하는 단계; e) 가황제를 혼입하여 교반하는 단계; 및 f) 균질 아스팔트 조성물을 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 균질 아스팔트 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 고무입자가 폐타이어 또는 폐고무로부터 수득되는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 가황제가 원소 셀레늄, 유기셀레늄, 셀레늄염, 원소황, 유기황 및 황염으로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 b)후에, 혼합물이 공기가 주입되기 전에 1 내지 15시간동안 하나이상의 반응기내에서 정치되는 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 공기가 반응기의 하부로부터 주입되는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 분산장치로 균질화되는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 고무입자가 폐타이어 또는 폐고무로부터 수득되고 두께가 1/2인치 이하의 방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있서, 촉진제가 가황제와 함께 혼입되는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 공기가 약 10 내지 50psi압력에서 주입되는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 석유 분류가 단계 a)의 혼합물중에 혼입되는 방법.
  11. a) 아스팔트 현탁액 중에 입자가 부유하도록 60 내지 99중량%와 폐타이어 또는 폐고무로부터 수득된 고무 입자 1 내지 40중량%를 160 내지 200℃에서 혼합하는 단계; b)혼합물을 230 내지 250℃로 가열하는 단계: c)고압하에서 공기를 주입하는 단계:d) 분산장치를 사용하여 혼합물을 균질화 하는 단계; e) 가황제 0.01 내지 3중량%를 혼입하여 약 0.5 내지 5시간 동안 교반하는 단계; 및 f) 균질 아스팔트 조성물을 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 균질 아스팔트 조성물의 제조방법.
  12. 아스팔트 60 내지 99중량%, 아스팔트 중에 용해되는 합성 또는 천연고무 1 내지 40중량% 및 가황제 0.01 내지 3중량%로 구성되는 아스팔트 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 아스팔트 80 내지 95중량%, 합성 또는 천연고무 5 내지 20중량% 및 원소셀레늄중에서 선택된 가황제 0.1 내지 0.3중량%로 구성되는 아스팔트 조성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 고무가 폐타이어 또는 폐고무로부터 수득되는 아스팔트 조성물.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 석류 분류 2 내지 20중류% 및/또는 촉진제 0.01 내지 3중량%를 포함하는 아스팔트 조성물.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌(SBS) 및 스티렌-부타디엔-고무(SBR)로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 아스팔트 조성물.
  17. 아스팔트 89.9중량%, 폐타이어 또는 폐튜브로부터 수득되고 역청 중에 용해되는 고무 10.0중량%, 및 원소셀렘늄, 0.1중량%로 구성되는 아스팔트 조성물.
