Abstract
본 발명은 안내렌즈(1)의 광학렌즈(10)에 1쌍의 착색된 공막렌즈(20)를 부착시키는 방법으로서, 본 발명의 방법은, 광학렌즈(10)의 주변 옛지부(17)에 1쌍의 홀(12)을 형성시키는 단계; 공막렌즈(20)의 단부(21)를 홀(12) 안에 삽입하는 단계; 가시광선 스팩트럼 이내의 방사선을 방사시킬 수 있는 레이저를 광학렌즈(10) 홀(12)내의 공막렌즈의 단부(21)에 조준시키는 단계; 그리고 방사선이 광학렌즈(10)에는 흡수되지 않은 채로 통과되고 공막렌즈(20)에서 흡수될 수 있도록 레이저를 발사하여 공막렌즈(20)가 광학렌즈(1)에 융합되도록 하는 단계로 이루어진다.

제 1 도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 전형적인 IOL에 대한 후면 평면도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도에 도시된 IOL에 대한 평면도, 제 3 도는 제 1 도에 도시된 IOL에서 공막렌즈가 제거된 상태에 대하여 원 3 에서 취한 부분단면도, 제26도는 제 1 도에서 선 26-26에 따라 취한, 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 공막렌즈의 제 1 실현예의 대한 단면도, 제27도는 본 발명의 공막렌즈의 제 1 실현예의 끝부분의 길이방향 단면을 제26도의 선 27-27에 따라 수직으로 취한 단면도.
Claims (60)
- 안내렌즈의 광학렌즈에 1개 이상의 착색된 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법으로서, (a) 광학렌즈의 주변엣지부에 1개 이상의 홀을 형성시키는 단계; (b) 공막렌즈의 단부를 홀 안에 삽입하는 단계; (c) 가시광선 스팩트럼 파장 이내의 방사선을 방사시킬 수 있는 레이저를 홀내의 공막렌즈에 조준시키는 단계; 그리고 (d) 방사선이 광학렌즈에 전혀 흡수되지 않은 채로 통과되고 공막렌즈에 흡수될 수 있도록 레이저를 발사하여 공막렌즈가 광학렌즈에 융합되게 하는 단계로 이루어지는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공막렌즈가 보라색으로 착색된 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공막렌즈가 녹색으로 착색된 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공막렌즈가 청색으로 착색된 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 청색으로 착색된 재료가 구리 프탈로시아닌-도핑처리된 코아를 함유한 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광학렌즈가 투명한 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.

- 제23항에 있어서, 공막렌즈가 열가소성 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.

- 제40항에 있어서, 광학렌즈가 투명한 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈에 공막렌즈를 부착시키는 방법.
