Abstract

콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터(30)는 결합방향으로 이동가능한 콘택트 정렬부재(50)와 결합 방향에 직교하는 방향의 가걸림 위치 및 본걸림 위치의 양 위치를 취하는 걸림부재(60)를 지닌다. 콘택트 정렬부재(50)의 암(54) 및 걸림부재(60)가 가걸림위치에 있는 경우 경사면 접촉에 의해 콘택트 정렬부재(50)의 이동을 방지한다. 걸림부재(60)를 본걸림 위치로 이동시켜 하네스를 완성시키면 콘택트 정렬부재(50)가 이동가능하게 된다.

제1도는 콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터의 콘택트 정렬부재가 웅형 콘택트의 선단부에 위치하고 있는 정상적인 상태를 도시한 일부단면도, 제2도는 콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터의 콘택트 정렬부재에 외부힘이 작용하여 후방으로 밀린상태를 도시한 일부 단면도, 제3도는 콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터의 결합이 종료한 상태를 도시한 일부 단면도, 제5도는 콘택트 정렬부재의 평면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 복수의 웅형 콘택트를 지니는 하우징 내에 미끄럼 가능하도록 배치되고, 상기 웅형 콘택트를 복수의 자형 콘택트를 지니는 상대 커넥터와 결합할 때까지 정렬시키는 콘택트 정렬부재에 있어서, 상기 웅형 콘택트가 관통하는 관통공이 형성된 정렬판과, 해당 정렬판의 단부에서 상기 웅형 콘택트의 후단부 방향을 향하여 뻗는 암과, 상기 정렬판의 단부로부터 상기 암과 반대방향으로 뻗고 상기 상대 커넥터의 하우징과 결합하는 복수의 레그를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 정렬부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암은 상기 하우징 내면과 접하여 상기 정렬판이 상기 하우징 내를 원활하게 이동하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 정렬부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암은 상기 커넥터의 상기 웅형 콘택트를 상기 하우징 내에 거는 걸림부재와 서로 걸리는 걸림부를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 정렬부재.
  4. 복수의 웅형 콘택트가 삽입 지지되는 하우징과, 해당 하우징의 상대 커넥터와의 결합요부 내에 미끄럼 가능하게 배치되고 상기 웅형 콘택트를 관통시키는 복수의 관통공이 형성된 정렬판 및 해당 정렬판의 단부에서 결합방향으로 뻗는 암을 지닌 콘택트 정렬부재와, 상기 하우징의 측벽개구로부터 상기 하우징 내에 삽입되어 상기 웅형 콘택트를 상기 하우징 내로 고정시키는 걸림부재를 갖추고 있고, 해당 걸림부재 및 상기 콘택트 정렬부재의 상기 암에는 상호 결합하는 결합부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결합부재 및 상기 콘택트 정렬부재의 상기 암 사이의 상기 결합부는 상호 보완형태의 경사면이고, 상기 결합부재가 상기 웅형 콘택트를 고정하는 본 걸림위치에 있을 때만 상기 콘택트 정렬부재의 미끄럼 이동을 가능하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 제4항의 콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결합부재는 2분할되고, 상기 하우징의 대향면으로부터 각각 삽입 가능하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 콘택트 정렬부재의 상기 정렬판의 전면에는 상기 상대 커넥터의 하우징 돌기와 결합하는 복수의 레그가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 정렬부재 부착형 커넥터.
