Abstract

본 발명은 지정된 장소의 자동판매기에 보급한 커피원두의 선도저하를 억제하고, 항상 갓 볶아낸 신선한 커피원두를 사용하여 풍부한 향미의 커피를 제조, 판매할 수 있도록 한 레귤러 커피 자동판매기를 제공하려는 것이다. 판매동작시마다 커피원두를 커피 밀(5)에서 가루로 빻아 커피 추출기(6)를 통하여 추출한 커피를 판매대(11)에 대기하고 있는 컵(15)에 공급하여 판매하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기에 있어서, 생커피 원두(13)를 저장하기 위한 생원두 원료상자(2)와, 이 원료상자로부터 반출한 생원두를 배소하는 배소장치(3)와, 배소된 커피원두(14)를 저류함과 동시에 판매지령을 기초로 하여 정량만큼씩 후단의 커피 밀로 공급하는 배소 원두 원료상자(4)를 설치한다. 이러한 구성의 자동판매기는 커피원두를 생원두의 상태로 저장해 두고, 예를 들어 1일 수회씩 커피원두를 조금씩 나누어 배소하여 다른 원료상자로 이동시킴으로써, 항상 갓 볶아낸 원두를 사용하여 커피를 제조판매한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 레귤러 커피 자동판매기의 기내구성 배치도, 제2도는 제1도의 응용실시예를 나타낸 도면으로서 배소장치와 원료상자 주변의 구성도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시된 배소장치와 원료상자에 대한 제어계통도, 제4도는 탈취수단으로서 수흡착식 탈취장치를 채용한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배소장치의 배소가스 탈취배기 계통도.

Claims (13)

  1. 판매 동작시마다 커피 밀내에서 커피 원두를 가루로 빻아 커피 추출기를 통하여 추출한 커피를 컵에 공급하여 판매하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기에 있어서, 생커피 원두를 저장하기 위한 생원두 원료상자와, 상기 생원두 원료상자로부터 반출한 생원두를 배소하는 배소장치와, 배소된 커피원두를 저류함과 동시에 판매지령을 기초로 하여 커피원두를 정량만큼씩 후단의 상기 커피밀로 공급하는 배소원두 원료상자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배소장치가, 배소용기, 상기 배소용기 내에 조합한 회전식 배소드럼, 및 전열 히터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 커피원두를 배소할때 상기 배소용기 내에서 발생한 배소가스를 탈취처리하기 위한 수단으로서, 상기 배소용기에 배소가스 배기관로를 접속함과 동시에, 상기 배기관로에 송풍기 및 탈취수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탈취수단이, 상기 배소가스를 수중에 확산시키고 상기 배소가스의 냄새를 물에 흡착시키는 수흡착식 탈취장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탈취수단이 활성탄 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탈취수단이 오존 탈취기인 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 오존 탈취기의 하류측에 잉여오존을 흡착처리하는 활성탄 필터를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 커피원두를 배소할때 상기 배소용기 내에 발생하는 배소가스를 탈취처리하기 위한 수단으로서, 상기 배소용기에 배소가스 배기관로를 접속함과 동시에, 상기 배기관로의 선단을 송풍기를 거쳐서 커피앙금 회수기내로 끌어들여 배관하고, 상기 배소가스의 냄새 성분을 커피앙금에 흡착시켜서 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 배소가 완료된 직후에 상기 배소용기내로 냉각공기를 주입함으로써 배소가 끝난 커피원두를 급냉시키는 위한 공냉수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배소용기 내의 온도를 검출하는 온도센서, 및 상기 온도센서의 신호를 기초로하여 상기 전열히터를 통전 제어하고 배소온도를 일정한 범위로 유지시키는 히터 제어수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배소용기 내에 화재가 발생하였을때 이를 감지하여 작동하는 자동 소화수단이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 자동소화 수단이, 상기 배소용기 내에 배치한 상기 온도센서의 검출신호를 바탕으로 실내온도의 이상 상승시에 외부로부터 상기 배소용기 내로 물을 끌어들여서 커피원두에 살수하는 스프링쿨러인 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 요일 시간별로 집계한 과거의 판매 데이타를 메모리에 저장하고 상기 메모리의 데이타를 바탕으로 다음회의 적정한 커피원두 배소량을 결정하여 상기 생원두원료 상자로부터 상기 배소장치로 생커피 원두를 공급하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 레귤러 커피 자동판매기.
