Abstract

이퀼라이즈기구를 사용하여 2개의 판상(板狀)부재의 면끼리를 서로 중합시키는데 있어서, 간단한 방법에 의해 이퀼라이즈기구로 지지한 판가부재에 어느 정도의 프리로드를 걸어서 이 판상부재를 매우 작은 힘으로 회전시킬 수 있고, 양판상부재를 정밀도 양호하게 중합할 수 있는 판상부재의 중합방법과 장치를 제공한다.
하지지부(5)에 지지된 TFT기판(11)을 이 하지지부(5)의 위쪽의 상지지부(3)에 지지된 컬러필터기판(9)에 접촉시키면서, 승강테이블(703)의 상속에 의해 상기 하지지부(5)를 상기 상지지부(23)에 근접시켜서, 상기 컬러필터기판(9)의 면(901)에 상기 TFT기판(11)의 면(1101)을 중합시키는데 있어서, 상기 하지지부(5)를 상기 상지지부(3)에 근접시킬 때에, XY테이블(701)을 미소한 정방형상의 궤적을 그리도록 수평면애에서 이동시키고, 지지판(513)을 지축(505), (511)을 중심으로 하여 미소 범위내에서 회전운동시키도록 하였다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 얼라인멘트장치의 요부 모식도, 제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 하지지부의 평면도, 제3도는 제2도는 A-A선 단면도, 제4도는 제1도의 얼라인멘트장치를 사용한 컬러필터기판과 TFT기판의 중합동작을 설명하는 모식도.

Claims (7)

  1. 서로 직교하는 2개의 회전축의 주위에 각각 회전가능하게 제1의 판상(板狀)부재를 지지하는 공정과, 상기 제1의 판상부재를 미소 범위내에서 운동시키면서, 상기 제1의 판상부재와 정지상태의 제2의 판상부재를 근접시키는 공정과, 상기 제2의 판상부재로부터 받는 힘으로 상기 제1의 판상부재와 제2의 판상부재의 면을 중합(重合)하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상부재의 중합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 판상부재가 액티브매크릭스기판, 상기 제2의 판상부재가 컬러필터기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 판상부재의 중합방법.
  3. 제1의 판상부재를 서로 직교하는 제1 및 제2의 회전축의 주위에 각각 회전 가능하게 지지하는 제1의 지지수단과, 제2의 판상부재를 정지상태로 지지하는 제2의 지지수단과, 상기 제1의 지지수단과 제2의 지지수단이 근접하도록 제1의 지지수단과 제2의 지지수단의 최소한 한쪽을 승강시키는 승간수단과, 상기 제1의 지지수단을 미소 범위내에서 운동시키는 운동발생수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상부재의 중합장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 지지수단은 상기 제1의 회전축의 주위에 회전 가능한 지지프레임과, 이 지지프레임의 내측에서 상기 제1의 회전축과 직교하는 제2의 회전축의 주위에 회전가능하게 지지되어 상기 제1의 판상부재를 지지하는 지지판으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상부재의 중합장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지프레임은 XY테이블의 위에 지지되고, 상기 운동 발생수단은 상기 XY테이블을 수평면내에 있어서 직교하는 2방향으로 이동 시키는 구동수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상부재의 중합장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 XY테이블에 상기 승강수단이 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상부재의 중합장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 운동발생수단은 상기 지지프레임에 장착된 기진기(起振器)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상부재의 중합장치.
