Abstract

본 발명은, 텍스타일 원료를, 과산화수소 및 표백활성화제로서의 하기 일반식(I)의 N-아실락탐을 포함하는 수성 표백액으로 처리하여, 과산화수소의 보조하에 텍스타일 원료를 표백하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1은 C1-C5-알킬이고, n은 3 내지 5이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 텍스타일 원료를, 과산화수소 및 표백활성화제로서의 하기 일반식(I)의 N-아실락탐을 포함하는 수성 표백액으로 처리하여, 과산화수소의 보조하에 텍스타일 원료를 표백하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1은 C1-C5-알킬이고, n은 3 내지 5이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표백액 중 과산화수소 대 표백활성화제의 몰 비가 표백 활성화제의 활성 카보닐 그룹을 기준으로 하여 1.0 내지 5:1, 바람직하게는 1.1 내지 1.5:1 인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표백액의 ph가 5 내지 13, 바람직하게는 7 내지 9의 범위내인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 텍스타일 원료를 연속공정을 통해 처리하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 처리가 침윤(impregnation) 공정의 형태를 취하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 텍스타일 원료를 먼저, 표백액으로 습윤시키고 포화시켜 처리한 후, 0.5 내지 24시간에 걸쳐 차갑게 보관하거나 증기로 95 내지 120℃까지 가열시킨 후, 연속적으로 표백된 텍스타일 원료를 세척하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 텍스타일 원료를 뱃치 공정을 통해 처리하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 처리가 흡진(exhaust) 공정의 형태를 취하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 차갑게 또는 40 내지 130℃의 온도에서, 텍스타일 원료 중량의 3 내지 50배 중량의 표백액으로 텍스타일 원료를 습윤시키고 포화시키는 방법.
