Claims (5)

  1. 니트 원단 유연화 처리방법에 있어서, 효소처리공정과 실리콘 처리공정의 결합으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트원단의 유연화 및 실크터치 가공방법.
  2. 머서라이징공정, 표백공정, 효소처리공정, 염색공정, 실리콘 처리공정 및 광택공정으로 구성되는 면ㆍ마 니트 원단의 유연화 및 실크터치 가공방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 처리공정에서 사용되는 특수 실리콘이 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아미노변성 실리콘 100중량부, 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카르복시변성 실리콘 5 내지 20중량부, 바람직하기는 10내지 15중량부 및 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 폴리우레탄 수지 5 내지 30중량부, 바람직하기는 10 내지 20중량부로 구성되는 조성물인 가공방법.
    R-CH3, OCH3; n 및 m은 각기 1 내지 4이다.
    상기 식에서 R과 R′는 지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼이고, n은 R가 R′의 종류에 따라 액상 화합물이 될수 있는 1 내지 10이하의 정수이고, X는 말단 이소시아네이트기, 또는 마스킹된 이소시아네이트기이다.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 효소처리공정이 셀룰라제를 원단기준 0.5 내지 2.0중량%사용하고, 40 내지 50℃에서 30분 내지 60분, 그리고 욕비 5 내지 15로 하는 가공방법.
  5. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아미노 변성 실리콘 100중량부, 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카르복시변성 실리콘 5 내지 20중량부, 바람직하기는 10내지 15중량부 및 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 폴리우레탄 수지 5 내지 30중량부, 바람직하기는 10 내지 20중량부로 구성되는 니트 원단 유연 및 실크터치 가공용 조성물.
    R-CH3, OCH3; n 및 m은 각기 1 내지 4이다.
    상기 식에서 R과 R′는 지방족 또는 방향족 라디칼이고, n은 R가 R′의 종류에 따라 액상 화합물이 될수 있는 1 내지 10이하의 정수이고, X는 말단 이소시아네이트기, 또는 마스킹된 이소시아네이트기이다.
