Abstract
이 발명은 콜레스테롤 구조에 고정한 분자로 구성되는 간섭안료와 그 사용에 관한 것이다.
이 발명의 안료는 소형판형상구조와 두께1㎛∼20㎛을 가진다. 이들의 안료는 키랄상(chiral phase)의 액정구조를 가진 방향성 가교물질이 포함되어 있다.

Claims (11)
- 키랄상(Chiral phase)의 액정구조를 가진 배향가교물질로 구성되는 두께 1㎛∼20㎛의 소형판 형상구조의 안료.
- 키릴상의 액정구조를 가진 배향갈교 물질로 구성되며 직경 500㎛∼5㎛의 입자크기와 1㎛∼20㎛의 두께를 가진 소형판 형상구조의 안료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 키랄상의 액정구조를 가진 배향성 3차원 가교물질로서 중합할 수 있는 기의 수가 적어도 2인 오르가노실록산으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 안료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 키랄상의 액정구조를 가진 방향성 3차원 가교물질로서 제3항의 적어도 2개의 오르가노실록산으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 안료.
- 키랄상의 액정구조를 가진 방향성 3차원 가교물질로 구성한 안료의 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제2항의 안료로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 수인성 코팅제(waterborne Eoating materials), 예로서, PMA, SA,폴리비닐 유도체,PVC,폴리비닐리렌 클로라이드, SB코폴리머, PV-AC코폴리머수지 등의 수용성분산재, 또는 셀락(shellac),말레인산수지, 로진(rosin)-변성 페놀수지, 선상 및 분기상 포화폴리에스테르, 아미노수지-가교포화폴리에스테르, 지방산-변성알키드수지, 가소화요소수지등의 수용성바인더, 또는 PU분산재, EP수지, 요소수지, 멜라민수지, 페놀수지, 알키드수지, 알키드수지에멀젼, 실리콘수지에멀젼 및 예로서 폴리에스테르 분말 코팅수지, PU분말코팅수지, EP분말코팅수지, EP/SP혼성불말코팅수지, PMA분말코팅수지 등 마찰전기식 분무용 분말코팅 또는 열가소화 EPS,LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE등 유동상소성용 분말코팅의 분말코팅 및 예로서, 셀락(shellac), 로진에스테르, 말레인산수지, 나트로셀룰로오즈, 로진-변성페놀수지, 물리적으로 건조시킨 포화폴리에스테르, 아미노수지-가교포화폴리에스테르, 이소시아네이트-가교포화폴리에스테르, 자동가교 포화 폴리에스테르, 포화지방산을 가진 알키드, 아마인유알키드수지, 콩기름수지, 해바라기유알키드수지, 잇꽃유알키드수지, 리시넨알키드수지, 우드오일(wood oil)/아마인유알키드수지, 혼합우알키드수지, 수지-변성알키드수지, 스티렌/비닐톨루엔-변성알키드수지, 아클리화알키드수지, 우레탄-변성알키드수지, 실리콘-변성알키드수지, 에폭사이드-변성알키드수지, 이소프탈산알키드수지, 무가소화요소수지, 가소와요소수자ㅡ 멜라민수지, 폴리비닐아세탈, 무가교성P(M)A 호모-및 코폴리머, 무아크릴모노머를 가진 무가교P(M)A 호모- 및 코폴리머, 다른 무아크릴모노머를 가진 P(M)A코폴리머, 외부가교제에 의해 가교되는P(M)A 호모-및 코폴리머, 무아크릴모노머를 가지며 외부가교제에 의해 가교되는 P(M)A 코폴리머, 아크릴레이트 코폴리머수지, 불포화 탄화수소수지, 유기용매에 용해할 수 있는 셀룰로오지화합물 실리콘 결합수지, PU수지, P수지, 퍼옥사이드-경화불포화합성수지, 광개시제 함유 방사선-경화합성수지 등 1-성분및 2-성분(2-팩)코팅재로서 용매함유코팅재 및 이소시아네이트-가교포화폴리에스테르, PU2-팩(pack)수지계, 수분-경화PU1-성분수지계, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 코폴리머등의 EP수지 및 플라스틱(각각 또는 결합), BS, 셀룰로오지아세테이트, 셀룰로오즈아세토부티레이트, 셀룰로오즈아세토프로피오네이트, 셀룰로오즈니트레이트, 셀룰로오즈 프로피오네이트, 인조각(artificial horn), 에폭시수지, 폴리아미드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리부틸렌, 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리비닐리렌클로라이드, 폴리우레탄, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 코폴리머 및 그래늄 (granules)분말 또는 캐스팅수지로서 불포화 폴리에스테르수지등 용매없는 코팅재(바인더)등의 물에 희석할 수 있는 바인더(water-thinnable binders)의 수인성 코팅재(waterborne coation materials)로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질로 구성하는 제5항 또는 제6항의 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 안료로 구성하는 테이타 캐리어(datacarrier).
- 필요할 경우 다른 안료 및/또느 염료를 혼가시킨 후 키랄상의 액정구조를 가진 3차원 가교물질을 배향시켜, 그 얻어진 조성물을 3차원 가교시키고 필요한 입자크기로 분쇄시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항의 안료의 제조방법.
- 키랄상의 액정구조를 가진 방향성 3차원 가교물질로 구성되는 안료를 이와같은 조성물에 혼합시켜, 각각 또는 필요한 혼합물중에서 통상의 설정된 처리공정을 사용하여, 전단력을 가하는 방법에 의해 이들의 안료를 배향시킴을 특징으로 하는 제5,6,7항의 조성물의 제조방법,
- 키랄상의 액정구조를 가진 방향성 3차원 가교물질로 구성되는 안료를 수송분야(육상차량, 모터차량, 레일차량, 항공기, 선박, 자전거)와 그 부속품, 레이저(leisure), 스포츠 및 오락분야, 화장품분야, 직물, 가죽제의류 또는 장신구분야, 선물분야, 필기용구, 패키징 또는 안경테, 건축분야(예로서 내장벽, 내장패널링, 외장표면 마무리면, 벽커버링, 물 및 창), 가정용품분야(예로서 가구, 도기 폿류(pot), 팬류(pans 및 가정용구),모든종류의 프린트제품(예로서 카드보드 및 기타 패키징, 케이어백, 종이제품, 라벨 및 시트)에 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
