Abstract

1.(1) (a) 1몰의 400 내지 4000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 디올(III), (b)0.3내지 9몰의 C2-C8의 지방족 또는 지환족 디올(IV), (c)0.3 내지 9몰의 C3-C30의 방향족 디올(V), (d)0.01 내지 1몰의 C3-C18의 3가 알콜(VI), (e)3차 아미노기를 함유하는 0.001 내지 1몰의 C1-C30의 다가 알코올(VII), 및(f)이소시아네이트기대 성분(III) 내지 (VII)중의 수산기의 총수의 몰비가 1.05:1 내지 1.4:1의 정도의 양의 C6-C30의 디이소시아네이트(VII)으로 이루어진 폴리우레탄(II)을, (2)반응성 아미노기의 수가 폴리우레탄(II)중의 이소시아네이트기의 수에 상응할 정도의 양, 하나이상의 수산기를 함유하고 이소시네이트기에 대해 반응성인 하나이상의 아미기의 수에 상응할 정도의 양, 하나이상의 수산기를 함유하고 이소시네이트기에 대해 반응성인 하나이상의 아미노기를 함유하는 화합물(IX)와 반응시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는, 4000 내지 30,000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 재료(I)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
상기 재료는 안료-함유 피복에 대한 교차 결합성 결합제 성분으로서, 특히 자기 기록 재료의 생성을 취해 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. (1) (a) 1몰의 400 내지 4000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 디올(III), (b)0.3내지 9몰의 C2-C8의 지방족 또는 지환족 디올(IV), (c)0.3 내지 9몰의 C3-C30의 방향족 디올(V), (d)0.01 내지 1몰의 C3-C18의 3가 알토올(VI), (e)3차 아미노기를 함유하는 0.001 내지 1몰의 C1-C30의 다가 알코올(VII), 및(f)이소시아네이트기대 성분(III) 내지 (VII)중의 수산기의 총수의 몰비가 1.05:1 내지 1.4:1의 정도의 양의 C6-C30의 디이소시아네이트(VII)으로 이루어진 폴리우레탄(II)을, (2)반응성 아미노기의 수가 폴리우레탄(II)중의 이소시아네이트기의 수에 상응할 정도의 양, 하나이상의 수산기를 함유하고 이소시네이트기에 대해 반응성인 하나이상의 아미노기를 함유하는 화합물(IX)와 반응시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는 안로 함유 피복제에 대한 교차결합성 결합제 성분으로서 적합하고 4000 내지 30,000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 재료(I).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(IX)로서 하기 일반식(IXa) 내지 (IXd)의 아민으로부터 얻을 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 재료:
    상기 식에서 m은 1내지 5이고 R1및 R2는 각각 C1-C10-알킬렌이고, R3는 수소 또는 C1-C11-알킬이고, R4는 C1-C10-알킬렌; 또는 고리상에 0 내지 2개의 C1-C4-알킬 라디칼을 갖는 하기 라디칼이다:

(1) (a) 1몰의 400 내지 4000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 디올(III), (b)0.3내지 9몰의 C2-C8의 지방족 또는 지환족 디올(IV), (c)0.3 내지 9몰의 C3-C30의 방향족 디올(V), (d)0.01 내지 1몰의 C3-C18의 3가 알코올(VI), (e)3차 아미노기를 함유하는 0.001 내지 1몰의 C1-C30의 다가 알코올(VII), 및(f) 이소시아네이트 대 성분(III) 내지 (VII)중의 수산기의 총수의 몰비가 1.05:1 내지 1.4:1의 정도의 양의 C6-C30의 디이소시아네이트(VII)으로 이루어진 폴리우레탄(II)을, (2)반응성 아미노기의 수가 폴리우레탄(II)중의 이소시아네이트기의 수에 상응할 정도의 양, 하나이상의 수산기를 함유하고 이소시네이트기에 대해 반응성인 하나이상의 아미노기를 함유하는 화합물(IX)와 반응시키는 것으로이루어지는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 재료(I)의 제조방법.
  4. 기판에 다가 이소시아네이트(X)와 함께 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 교차결합성 재료(I)를 도포시킨 후, (I)과 (X)사이의 교차결합 반응을 수행하는 것으로 이루어지는 피복의 생성방법.
  5. 안료-함유 피복제에 대한 결합제 성분으로서 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 재료의 사용방법.
  6. 자기성 안료는 함유하는 기록재료에 대한 결합제 성분으로서 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 재료의 사용방법.
  7. 제4항의 방법에 의해 생성된 피복이 제공된 제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 안료가 자기성 안료임을 특징으로 하는 피복이 제공된 제품.
  9. 피복재료 성분으로서 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 재료를 함유하는 자기 기록 재료.
