Abstract

중합물질(I)은 1)(a)80 내지 거의 100 몰%의 α,β-불포화 카르복실의 C1-C25 알킬 에스테르, (b) 0내지 20 몰%의 다른 모노머, (c)필요한 경우, 중합반응 개시제로서 테트라히드로퓨란 히드로퍼옥시드 (d)히드록실기에 의해 일단부에서 중합체(II)의 중합체 사슬 대부분을 종결 시키는 중합반응 개시제 또는 조절제를 포함하는 중합체(II)를 (2)반응생성물 (IV)을 제공하기 위하여, 이소시네이트기가 중합체의 히드록실기 1몰당 1.2 내지 3.0몰 있는 다작용기성 이소시아네이트(III)와 반응 시키고, 3)생성물(IV)를 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성있는 아미노 작용기를 가지는 화합물(V) 또는 암모니아와 반응시킴으로서 제조된다.
중합물질은 안료 함유 코팅물, 특히 자성 기록 물질의 제조를 위한 분산 수지로서 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

1) (a) 80 내지 거의 100몰%의 α,β-불포화 카르복실산의 C1-C25알킬에스테르, (b) 0 내지 20몰%의 다른 모노머, (c) 필요한 경우, 중합반응 개시제로서 테트라히드로퓨란 히드로퍼옥시드, (d)히드록실기에 의해 일단부에서 중합체(II)의 중합체 사슬 대부분을 종결 시키는 중합반응 개시제 또는 조절제를 포함하는 중합체(II)를 2)반응 생성물(IV)을 제공하기 위하여, 이소시아네이트기가 중합체(II)의 히드록실기 1몰당 1.2 내지 3.0몰 있는 다작용기성 이소시아네이트(III)와 반응 시키고, 3)생성물(IV)를 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성있는 아미노 작용기를 가지는 화합물(V) 또는 암모니아와 반응시킴으로써 제조되며, 분산 수지로서 적합한 중합물질(I).

안료 배합물 및 안료 함유 코팅물에 대한 분산 수지로서 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 중합물질(I)을 사용하는 방법.
자성 안료를 포함하는 기록 물질에 대한 분산 수지로서 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 중합물질(I)을 사용하는 방법.
제1항 또는 2항에 따른 중합물질(I) 및 안료를 포함하는 안료 배합물.
제5항에 있어서, 안료가 자성 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료 배합물.
분산 수지로서 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 중합물질(I)에 의해 제공되는 자성 안료를 포함하는 자성 기록물질.
