Abstract

본 발명은 실라시클로헥산환을 가진 액정화합물을 제공한다.
하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 실라시클로헥산 화합물.
식중에서, R은 탄소수 1~10의 직쇄상 알킬기, 탄소수 3~8의 분지쇄상 알킬기, 탄소수 2~7의 알콕시알킬기, 탄소수 1~10의 모노 또는 디플루오로알킬기 또는 탄소수 2~8의 알케닐기를 나타낸다.는 1 또는 4위의 규소가 H, F, Cl 또는 CH3의 치환기를 갖는 트랜스-1-실라-1,4-시클로헥실렌기 또는 트랜스-4-실라-1,4-시클로헥실렌기를 나타낸다. X는 H, CN, F, Cl, CF3, OCF3, CF2Cl, CHFCl, OCHF2, OCF2Cl, OCHFCl, R 또는 OR를 나타낸다.
Y1및 Y2는 각각 상호 독립적으로 H, F, Cl, CN 또는 CH3를 나타낸다. Z는 F를 나타낸다. i는 0, 1또는 2를 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 실라시클로헥산 화합물.
    식중에서, R은 탄소수 1~10의 직쇄상 알킬기, 탄소수 3~8의 분지쇄상 알킬기, 탄소수 2~7의 알콕시알킬기, 탄소수 1~10의 모노 또는 디플루오로알킬기 또는 탄소수 2~8의 알케닐기를 나타내며,1 또는 4위의 규소가 H, F, Cl 또는 CH3의 치환기를 갖는 트랜스-1-실라-1,4-시클로헥실렌기 또는 트랜스-4-실라-1,4-시클로헥실렌기를 나타내며, X는 H, CN, F, Cl, CF3, OCF3, CF2Cl, CHFCl, OCHF2, OCF2Cl, OCHFCl, R 또는 OR를 나타내며, Y1및 Y2는 각각 상호 독립적으로 H, F, Cl, CN 또는 CH3를 나타내며, Z는 F를 나타내며, i는 0, 1또는 2를 나타낸다.
  2. 유기금속시약
    R-M과(M은 Cu, MgP(P는 할로겐원자), ZnP 또는 Li, Q는 할로겐원자, 알콕시기, 메탄술포닐기, 벤젠술포닐기 또는 p-톨루엔술포닐기 또는 트리플루오로메탄술포닐기를 나타냄)과의 탄소-탄소 결합형성반응에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 실라시클로헥산 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 유기금속시약과(n및 m은 0.1 또는 2이며 n+m=2인 정수를 나타냄)과의 탄소-탄소 결합형성반응 또는 탄소-규소 결합형성반응에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 실라시클로헥산 화합물의 제조방법.
  4. 유기금속시약와의 탄소-탄소 결합형성반응 또는 탄소-규소 결합형성반응에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 실라시클로헥산 화합물의 제조방법.
  5. 유기금속시약(M'는 M 또는 B (OR')2, (R'는 메틸기 또는 H원자)를 나타냄)과와의 탄소-탄소 결합형성반응에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 실라시클로헥산 화합물의 제조방법.
  6. 유기금속시약와의 탄소-탄소 결합형성반응에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 실라시클로헥산 화합물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 기재의 실라시클로헥산 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정조성물.
  8. 제7항에 기재된 액정조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
