Abstract

본 발명은 수성 귀금속 제제 및 귀금속 장식품 제소시의 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
귀금속 제제는 유기 또는 유기/수성 용매 시스템을 갖는, 금,은,백금 및 팔라듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 귀금속을 기본으로 하는 귀금속 장식품의 제조시에 공지되어 있다. 유기 용매가 필수적으로 존재하지 않는 제제에 대한 필요성이 있다.
본 발명에 따르는 제제는 수용성 염 형태의 염을 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 작용 그룹을 갖는 귀금속 티올레이트, 수용성 중합체인 유기 결합제, 계면활성제 유효량 및 용매로서 물과, 유기 용매2중량% 미만을 포함한다. 바람직한 제제는 일반식 Au-S-Q-COOH의 금 티올레이트[여기서, Q는 작용 그룹을 임의로 포함하는 2가 유기 그룹이다], 결합제로서 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 및/또는 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오즈 및 계면활성제로서 알킬벤젠 설포네이트 또는 폴리에테르-폴리실록산 공중합체를 0.1 내지 2.0중량% 포함한다.
필수적으로 유기 용매가 존재하지 않는 제제를 사용하여 고광택의 결함이 없는 장식품을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 용매 시스템이 물과, 제제를 기준으로 하여, 유기 용매 2중량%미만을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 수용성형 형태의 염을 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 작용 그룹을 갖는 귀금속 티올레이트, 수용성 중합체인 유기 결합제, 수성 용매 시스템 및 계면활성제 유효량을 함유하는, 금, 은, 백금 및 팔라듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 귀금속을 기본으로 하는 귀금속 장식품 제조용 귀금속 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 카복실 그룹과 1급, 2급 또는 3급 아민 또는 N-헤테로사이클릭 염기를 갖는 귀금속 티올레이트의 염을 포함하는 귀금속 제제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 200℃이상의 온도에서 분해되기 시작하는, 일반식Au-S-Q-COOH의 금(I)티올레이트[여기서, Q는 추가의 작용 그룹을 임의로 포함하는 2가 유기 그룹이다]의 수용성 염을 포함하는 귀금속 제제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 금(I)-N-머캅토-C2-또는 C3-알카노일아미노산 또는 금(I)-N-아실시스테인 계열의 금(I)티올레이트의 수용성 염을 포함하는 귀금속 제제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 유기 결합제가 폴리비닐피롤리돈 단독중합체 또는 폴리비닐 피롤릴돈 공중합체, 폴리아프릴산 단독중합체 또는 폴리아크릴산 공중합체, 폴리메타크릴산 단독중합체 또는 폴리메타크릴산 공중합체, 수용성 셀룰로오즈 에테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 귀금속 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제로서 0.1 내지 2.0중량%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지1.0중량%의 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리디멜틸실록산을 포함하는 귀금속 제제.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면활성제로서 아민과의 염 형태인 알킬 그룹의 탄소수가 8 내지 14인 알킬벤젠 설포네이트를 0.1 내지 2중량%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 1중량%의 양으로 포함하는 귀금속 제제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 티올레이트가 트리(C1-C3)알킬아민 또는 모노-,디-또는 트리에탄올아민과 염 형태로 존재하고, 제조되는 장식품의 광학 및 용도 특성 및/또는 제제의 가공 특성을 제공하기 위한 통상적인 보조물질을 추가로 포함하는 귀금속 제제.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 귀금속 제제를 사용하여 장식층을 제조함을 특징으로하여, 장식층을 분리 층이 제공된 캐리어에 적용시키고, 용매를 증발시킨 다음, 필요에 따라, 건조된 장식층을 막피복시킴으로써 수득한 전사물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 제제 또는 제8항에 따르는 제제를 함유하는 전사물을 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 귀금속 티올레이트를 함유하는 제제 또는 이러한 제제를 함유하는 전사물을 건조 상태로 지지체에 적용시켜 400 내지900℃에서 스토빙시킴으로써 스토빙가능한 지지체, 특히 유리, 자기 또는 세라믹을 장식하는 방법.
