Abstract

본 발명은 유아용 좌석을 충분히 높은 장력으로 유지시킬 수 있도록 하고 사람 구속용으로도 이용할 수 있는 좌석벨트장치의 결합부재에 관한 것이다.
쇼울더벨트(10B)는 잠금판(44)의 슬릿(50)으로부터 걸림부본체(30)와 잠금판(44)의 사이에 삽입되고, 걸림부본체(30)의 제1슬릿(40)에 삽입된다. 또, 결합부재의 뒤쪽으로 되접어 꺾여서 다시 제2슬릿(50)으로부터 빠져나가서 랩벨트(10A)가 된다. 벨트(10)에 장력이 가해지면 이 장력에 의해 잠금판(44)이 걸림부본체(30)에 끌어당겨지고 걸림부본체(30)와 잠금판(44)의 사이에 벨트(10)가 끼워진다. 제2슬릿(50)에는 절단부(52)를 통하여 좌석 벨트(10)를 출입시킬 수가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 결합부재의 종단면도, 제3도는 제1실시예에 관한 결합부재의 사시도, 제6도는 제1실시예에 관한 결합부재를 사람구속의 용도에 사용했을 경우의 단면도, 제7도는 종래의 결합부재의 단면도, 제9도는 유아용 좌석의 고정구조를 표시하는 사시도, 제10도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 관한 결합부재의 종단면도, 제11도는 제2실시예에 관한 결합부재의 평면도, 제13도는 벨트를 낀 상태에 있어서의 제2실시예의 결합부재의 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 앞가장자기측이 버클에 삽입되는 삽입부로 되어 있고, 그것보다도 뒤쪽에 벨트삽입용의 제1슬릿(40)이 전후방향과 교차되는 횡방향으로 연장설치되어 있는 판형상의 걸림부본체(30)와, 그 걸림부본체(30)의 그 제1슬릿(40)보다도 뒤쪽부분에 대면하여 설치되어 있으며, 그 걸림부본체(30)의 뒤가장자리보다도 뒤쪽으로 연장 돌출되어 있고, 뒤가장자리측이 걸림부본체(30)의 접근, 이반방향으로 요동할 수 있도록 앞가장자리부가 그 걸림부본체(30)에 회전가능하게 지지된 잠금판(44)과, 그 잠금판(44)의 뒷부분에 횡방향으로 연장설치된 벨트삽입용의 제2슬릿(50)을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석 벨트 장치의 결합부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제2슬릿(50)과 상기한 잠금판(44)의 뒤가장자리를 연락하는 절단부(52)가 상기한 걸림부본체(30)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석벨트장치의 결합부재
